I watched Morgan all through the voice and rooted for him all the way. He was good and is now the best. I actually got to meet him at a guitar shop in Morristown TN right after the voice went off!

The Voice is when I became a fan of Morgan Wallen ! I was so hoping he would have won but he’s already a winner because look at him now he’s one of the most awesome and amazing artist we have in country music. I knew I was a fan of him because I knew one day that he would go to the top and be somebody . He has many fans who love him . He’s a hell of a performer . ❤❤❤❤

The voice did them a favor. Organic growth is more sustainable. I’m glad the machine didn’t chew up and spit out Morgan and Luke. They’re so amazing! Sticking to your roots and what makes your heart sing is the way.
The Voice has a really bad problem with this. Most of their winners are never heard from again after they win while both Luke Combs and Morgan are huge now. They don't just have this problem with country artists either, Melanie Martinez also got the boot and now she has a film and her debut from 2015 is still on the Hot 200. They really need to get it together over on the Voice lol.
The winner of The Voice gets a $100,000 cash prize, plus a recording contract with Universal Music Group. I'm sure you lose some of that money from taxes, its really only enough to keep to yourself and concentrate on your music. But i bet you have to sign the contract to get the money. The smart move would be to win and actually say no to anything else. They may have won the show, and won the fans but what the hell does that have to do with being a succesful musician? If i won I would hope to be wise enough with my next move. It would be smart to just go back home, and start booking local shows all over town. BET YOU"D MAKE A $100,000 cash REAL FAST.

Anyone arguing that Wallen, Combs aren't 1 and 2 can't do math. Numbers don't lie! Wallen fans, we need a fan rally big time now through Thursday night...stream or purchase the Dangerous album as much as possible. The album needs one more week to break one of Garth's all-time records; the country album with the most top 10 weeks CONSECUTIVE. Dangerous made a run at that record to 50 last year but got knocked out at 49 due to strong Christmas albums. Well here we are again. He's now tied Garth with 50 for Dangerous on a second run at it, but it needs one more with Christmas albums coming up strong once again!

I was shocked when they said he was better for pop, I watched it and I think Morgan could sing pop Rock and country, what he wanted to do he could have done but I am glad he singing country ! I thought he made a great choice to sing FGL stay because even though they eliminated him, its what made me run into the living room when I heard his voice, then I saw Morgan and was like this guy needs to win this !

I used to watch the voice and actually still follow some of the people I enjoyed from the show but I stopped watching a few years ago when I found so many great independent artists on RUclips and Spotify like Ryan Upchurch, Adam Calhoun, and Jelly Roll
Well if you think about it all the artists on the voice are independent as well. And they are certainly putting in the work. A show like that is very intimidating.

Country music is only big in the United States. It isn’t as well known across the world. Although it’s growing. And it’s growing because it is heavily influenced by pop. It’s so heavily influenced by pop that Morgan Wallen already has 2 pop chart hits with Wasted on You and You Proof.
Nothing wrong with country music if you like it but it’s definitely not any different or better than your major pop artist out there. Even the lyricist for country artist are pop genre crossover writers. The writers for You Proof are the same writers that have written for and with FGL, Jason Derulo, Drake, Post Malone, and Bon Jovi. 4 different genres of music that all have one thing in common, pop music. Pop country, pop rock, pop/hip hop, and straight pop.
So basically, the only way other music is crappy is if country is crappy too because it’s all written and produced by the same people. About the only way to legitimately call a type of music good because it stands out, is if it is actually independent.
Some country music.... I don't really like Morgan or Luke's music except for Luke's cover of fast car. A lot of what is considered country now is basically just pop with a southern accent. I like the bluesy side to country like Colter Wall, Billy strings a lot of what Chris Stapleton does etc.
Country Cast you said years ago when these two were playing in a Honky Tonk in NC (still have the photo) you predicted this two would be the top two in the future, so you know more than these judges!! Great music 🎵 prevails

The voice doesn't keep people who are able to be successful on their own. They keep them long enough to get them noticed and liked, then eliminate them. The people who win are good but need more help getting into the spotlight and keeping up with the stardom. They're looking for people to mentor, not people who can do it on their own.

you couldnt be more correct. If you win that show you get $100k and a record deal from universal. If i won that show I wouldnt know what to do with myself. I'd hope I was wise enough to say no thank you and go back home to AZ and just start booking shows to play my music, start getting paid for shows, and make better songs. No. People who stay are people from states with a lot of people, or large cities. This is all about "phone in votes" and that's it.

This is precisely why we stopped watching The Voice. "Coaches" like Usher and Adam Levine always try to mold their artists in their own image, rather than let them sing in their own style. They will do anything to move away from the country audience, which seems to be their largest fan base. That country fan base is why Blake Shelton has won so many times. Also, I am convinced that NBC manipulates the results to fit their agenda rather than the talent on the show. Things like blocking a coach, "Instant Save" and the fact that only those viewing live have the opportunity to vote on the evening's performance - everyone else is viewing on tape delay. The entire show is a sham of a talent show. I'm pretty sure that's why Adam left and Blake is leaving.

We need to continue pushing to the place where centralized factional media like Hollywood is a distant memory in our rear view mirror, and de-centralized network media becomes the norm where the people will decide and appreciate real talent (not woke-propped talent).
The Voice show were fools. Morgan is an unbelievable talent and his music moves me and I never enjoyed Country music. But now I’m truly inspired listening to his songs.

I don't want him to win. I want him to be successful and those contracts are career killers. Out of all talent shows ever created, I only know of 1 successful singer, Carrie Underwood . Next inline weighs be Kelly Clarkson but, she's only successful from being on TV, her music career was very short lived. Bryce needs to get to the finals and throw it away, he will be successful if he does that

lmao 🤣I laugh when people say shit like " the voice missed the mark on this one!" Literally the entire experience of being on a reality show just gives you so much publicity. All the artist has to do is keep showing up and their numbers go up... Because their on the show! They dont have to win they just have to keep doin what they do, on the show, at home, in the studio etc! Hope some artists read this and it helps them.

He actually made it to the playoffs because after Usher didn't pick him, Adam stole him. He just didn't make it semi-finals.

I say they didnt miss anything. A kid who had no direction. In career. He more easily could done anything else.
He tried to be a pop/rock star and wasn’t good enough. So he then switched to country. He picked his audition song, not country.

If you watched the Voice this year, it isnt about singing its about getting a gimmick and someone they can mold into an act then install AutoTune and turn out a few records then dump and repeat. Just listen to the Winner, Leatherwood,? I knew when they all said they loved his name, he was being fitted for autotune and a manager. He cant sing. and they dont care.

Let’s be honest the voice probably booted them both from the competition because they were probably going to become successful. The show is completely pointless, in the sense that a contestant/contestants wins The Voice (particularly on the British version) and you never hear from them again. That might not be the case with all versions of The Voice worldwide.

I stopped watching The Voice years ago. The judges are too much about themselves, thinking they are the stars and the artists are secondary. It's redundant.
