Adam and Hoss's relationship really shines during this episode. I actually wonder if, between this episode and The Crucible if Adam ended up having an issue with mines, mostly not being able to go in them again. I love how this episode showcases Adam's engineering abilities. His and Hoss's comments about getting Joe to work the sawmill for them cracked me up. Definitely love this episode.
@@Bonanzababe I'm actually writing a fanfic where Adam does end up dealing with some PTSD after everything he's been through. I do think The Crucible should've had a part 2 rather than Laura.
Another great instalment. I do like the historical episodes, and this one is especially good, exactly for the reason you give. Adam and Hoss! They always seemed to bring out the best in each other.❤❤
I really enjoyed this episode. I typically don't like the episodes where some of the family is absent but this was a good one. I loved Hoss especially here. He's such a darling.
Another great instalment. This is actually my favourite episode despite there being no Joe (my favourite character)- just a really well written episode :)

I agree with everything you said! I have often thought that Pernell's ability could have shined with a PTSD storyline after The Crucible.

I can understand. The show works best with all 4 of them. Thank you for watching!

Thank you! That's interesting that you love it so much without your favorite Cartwright. Tells you how great the show is! Thank you for commenting!
