- First time fighting something that wasnt gone in a minute still not fully used to the controls but had a blast!! i phone screen recording sucks apologies for the quality.
The combat in this game is nice for just the beta. Can't wait to see how crazy it could get with different chess pieces and Keyblades in the future! Plus, I love how you set the UI up to make it feel more traditional to KH!
theres also a thing that lets u edit the UI how ever u like as well

pvp should come to this game but to prevent p2w, they should cycle out sets of character pieces that players can choose from like monthly or something that way everyone has a fair match
Doubtful they will given how they handled things in KHUX. It's unfortunate really.
That works in competitive games, but for a Gacha game it'd only make the Gacha even more predatory. Haaard pass.

@@dawk7 that’s why i said sets of pieces. i mean everyone chooses from certain pieces for free so no one has stronger pieces than the other

@@vFly I mean yeh, but even with the roll not being able to block is weird, then again in Kh1 it was unlocked very late

They REAAAALLY need to include the mainline games'MP charge.
yeah once you run out of MP, combat suddenly becomes slow and tedious. In KHUx, you can regain AP by normal attacking, they should do the same here

I'm seeing controller button prompts. Does the game actually support gameplay via controller?
I have not played touch controlls once 😂 not only is it supported it works surprisingly well. I have my phone mirrored to my pc with a Bluetooth controller connected to the phone. It's been so fun!

This combat got me snoozing im sorry
The combat itself or the time it takes? because I intentionally did this under levelled so it could show more of the combat but the ones i recorded later at a larger level gap i scrapped cause i was legit nodding off recording them🤣when i did it at the correct level it only took a couple minutes first attempt every time and felt faster paced as I didn't have to constantly avoid getting hit for footage. if its the combat itself this is still unfinished and i only show three of the many commands you can use and there is another Keyblade for a more range focused playstyle. for me it felt like playing an Improved KH1 basic combat system which some always did find slow compared to later games 😅not me though i loved it. thanks for checking it out anyway!
I noticed you were using a backbone controller. Can you use other controllers.
I'm pretty sure most Bluetooth controllers work, i was using a turtle beach atom as well as an 8bitdo sn30 pro+. i dont have a backbone controller but i know from others that the it also works. plus i didnt notice any input lag playing with Bluetooth to phone!

Unfortunately you cant as its a closed beta only available in Japan Uk and Australia it is also not accepting new participants

But the problem will be battery draining for sure
they are tanky coz of the way MP is handled. Once you run out of it there's almost no way to get more so all your Piece Abilities are useless
@@Ephemerthefish2525usually yes but this boss in specific just has max defence and magic defence which just makes it long, there is no interesting gimmick just too much defence, the raid boss however is a great example of a tanky kh unit done properly
@@nekotorin I have finished all of the beta challenges and even one of these at level 24 takes like 2 mins to beat with a 2.3k strength I still hit for like 20
