Nomura released a post on twitter saying that the game had a mode that hides location names like the "laindon library" thing in the video or the street names. Probably in general a good idea to turn that on
Ive seen other videos and yes controler support is avaliable. X is to jump O is to attack And the special attacks are tied to R1 Shorcuts like in the numbered Kh titles.
If you're using a controller, does it minimize the UI any? Like, if I have to hold R1 to bring up the Shortcut menu, will the four Pieces on the UI simply not be present unless I'm holding the button for the menu?
@@kurtisharen No, seen a bunch of other vids, when using a controller the UI still has everything you see right now BUT with your controller buttons attached to the corresponding UI element.
OK the gps mode really does remind me of pokemon go and I like the music as you walk around in it I am glad you can move without stepping outside I hate walking and also I love the combat system and the graphics looking beautiful.
I really hope it'll be like it was with KHUX where the AP system was a bit annoying for the first like half a year but after that they noticed it's a bad idea and just gave you enough of it that you could play basically as much as you want as long as you weren't full on no-life grinding for something
It's kinda sad to see how OP auto battleing is. I really hope that at least for story missions they'll have a proud mode where auto battling just won't be good enough
@@dragonbornexpress5650 You can say that but their previous two games, KHUX and KHDR were both balanced around using auto mode. In DR if you didn't turn on auto battle and let the game run afk for a few hours you had no chance of ever completing it. In KHUx in proud mode it was similar, just less afk. If you wanted to achieve some of the objectives you'd need to put on auto mode and basically just click start battle over and over again for an hour or so. And my fear is that they will have it be the same with this game. "Just don't use it" works if the game is still fun and playable without using it. This game probably won't be
How much AP do you get from GPS mode? Is it enough to warrant having it on while you're going from place to place or is it more worth it to just use the free AP?
I haven’t tested it much but it seems playing without GPS uses more AP. I’ve only had a few quick play arounds so far so my information may be wrong, but it seems it costs AP to replenish HP/MP on those little Pokestop things, but in GPS you actually gain a little AP
I take it you were in a car when in the astral plane this time? Does it know you are in a car like in Pokemon Go or does it collect your steps as if you're walking? Thanks.
They are playing it on their iPhone. We can't really say anything about the specs of the game to get it to play, but I would assume it would have to be Android 9.0 and above.
Am I the only one who is rather peeved that there are Emblem Heartless in this era? I know UX had them. But on a story perspective, it doesn't make sense. Haha.
Then again Distortions clearly don't operate by any rules of time, so it actually makes sense here. (Ain't like Dark Road where they never explain it.)
You are a brave soul showcasing GPS mode. Streaming this game is going to be a nightmare.
Haha so far I’ve not shown my home nor work locations :)
Bro i cant even tell whats what lmao
When this comes to the US, yea it'll be more obvious lol

I will look for this - thanks!

Japanese X-O configuration? Wonder how much that’ll trip people up.
@@aguywithgames3135 Maybe it will be different in the official release

@@kurtisharen ive heard that you can customice the UI, so maybe we will be able to make the icons smaller or move them somewhere less obtructive.
thank you for uploading these!
absolutely in love with all of the music in this game, I can't wait for the official release!

Yayyyyyyyyyy & Another one thank you !!!! You’ve made me a very happy person today !!! & thank you for changing POV to see the difference 💜
More coming over the next few weeks. Let me know if there’s anything in particular you’d like to see 😊
I'm still looking forward playing this myself :D

Do you happen to know the official name of this Heartless (and if it comes openly in the game)?
They need to show level difficulty on battles. Lvl 35 on Hiro piece is crazy🤣🤣🤣🤣
I do a lot of commuting already. Does it reward you ap in gps mode even while youre not on the app?

I didn’t check steps admittedly, I was on a bus at this point. It didn’t give a “are you driving?” warning which was nice!
@@steamdecknoface I hope it stays that way! Easy way to pick up steps haha
do you have a tutorial on how you got it running on the deck
Oh, this is actually iOS! Sorry, I should have stated :)
So what phone do you have this game running on? Bc idk if my galaxy A14 could run this

How the combat mode work on potrait mode?
I use auto due to laziness but it’s mostly just pressing a button :)
numora said a possible may release day well see you guys in 2025 this game is no where's ready

You should report that on the company of the game, they will be very happy with that i gonna maybe play the game soon too

Imma be honest this shit looks boring asf imma stick to watching cutscenes
It’s quite basic gameplay, nothing too exciting at the moment. The auto mode does all the work really.
