There has NEVER been anything as crazy as Beatlemania, before or since. Girls went nuts and boys bought guitars and drums. Trust me, it was WILD.
I bought the exact set of Ludwig drums in late '65 and started a band the played mostly Beatle music. We were booked every weekend.
The film footage is from the ICONIC August 15, 1965 concert at Shea Stadium in NYC. The attendance was 55,600 screaming kids! This concert was the peak of Beatlemania.
Beatlemania will never die!
The great achievement of the Beatles is, apart from being great composers, is the fact that the melody lines and chord progressions were the ones who included and used them in popular music and rock and roll. Listening to the Beatles in the 21st century is listening to what everyone does now, but they were the ones who were in charge of laying the foundations for what everyone listens to now. Greetings
Early Beatles are Joy, life, excitement, Love, fun, harmony and melody 🌺 ☀
I love this song, so simple but meaningful. Catchy, you’ll never forget it.
best band ever!!!
You'd like " Oh Darling " for roundness, clarity and control. Greatest band EVER.
“Let It Be” would be a good Beatles song for you to hear.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍🙏🙏
One of my favorite Beatles songs. Love all those great melody lines.
"You-re Gonna Lose That Girl....." ???????????
And another Beatle baby is born✌️
You should check out “This Boy” (the 2023 remix) for their three-part harmony skills!
When this song came on we always clapped our hands.
First ever outdoor stadium concert: 55,000 @ Shea Stadium:)
Help, Revolution, Oh Darling, The long and winding road.
Thanks! You have more than 200 songs to listen, all are different and each better than the other. There's nothing better than this band and never will
Me gustó tu reacción a mi banda preferida! The Beatles son un universo aparte! Te felicito y eres muy linda! Saludos !
Released in the US as a single in Feb.1965.Another #1 hit... The film shows The Beatles on August 15, 1965 playing to 56,000 crazed fans at Shea Stadium in NYC.
More Beatles! Check out “Oh Darling” the vocals were ground breaking.
"Yesterday"❤......?????
You need to remember, there really wasn’t anything like this at the time. It was ground breaking. If you take the journey from this period to Let It Be, you’ll see how they grew and the music matured.
I’m 20 I just got into them and man every album just hits and they are different but similar just a great band
Everything you said: WRONG
thanks emma great reaction
Check out "I'm So Happy Just To Dance With You "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Check out 'Because' (2019 Mix) and 'Nowhere Man' (Remastered 2009) by The Beatles for their harmonies. Crazy good.
Recommending a specific song is difficult, because 8 Day's a Week represents only a small aspect of the Beatles, who explored 15+ different genres in their discography, some quite innovative. As an example of the range, one can listen to PS, I love you and then Helter skelter...
Yes remember roller skating 90mph to this tune all those years ago..
You should do "I should have known better" by the Beatles
it was called "Beatlemania" ... the power of music... I suggest you watch them perform a song called "She Loves You" at the ABC Cinema in Manchester UK in 1963... you will see real Beatlemania if you do
I was at that concert! 😁
@@howardjones7370 Wow!!!! I never saw the Beatles... they never came to Winnipeg! But I've seen Paul McCartney, and he was amazing.
I think there are a lot of groups like that now... one of them is called Rain
John Lennon's voice is definitely nasal, but Paul McCartney's voice is more clean and melodic. But, when they sang and harmonized together, it was MAGIC. For more great harmonies listen to "We Can Work it Out." This one is sang by Paul with John taking lead on the bridge. It's brilliant!
Hi, it may seem simple and charming to you, now, but then there was nothing like it. They invented the pop/rock world you live in
I like the Beatles alot, but i love Emma the hoodie girl ❤ take care!
John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo star, that's the beatles..*oh darling* would be a good next song, but you almost need to listen to a whole album to really get a feel for the beatles diversity in music..great job tho..
G.O.A.T.
Hey Jude ! By the Beatles please
Wouldn't you rather have Pat Boone..?
Penny Lane would be another enjoyable reaction for you by The Beatles, classical elements.
Please More beatles
A later work ( more experimental ) with John singing solo: "Tomorrow Never Knows"
All of them! There's only 210 songs some people do them chronologically You should hear every Beatle song.
You’re listening to the greatest band of all time
The name of the Japanese group is Number_i. Please listen to their debut song Goat, and their RUclips music video has been listened to 30 million times in less than a month.
THANK YOU❤️
The female hysteria (old fashioned word) at the time was Off the Charts! Those who were able to attend the few concerts in the U.S. were swept up in the craziness and euphoria, as you easily saw. For us boys... ha!.. it was confusing, but verrrrry interesting !!
The Beatles' popularity soared worldwide after they first came to America in February 1964. Within two months after that visit, they owed the top five positions on the Billboards Top 100 list in record sales. This feat has been held to this day, and it is unlikely it will ever be broken.
If I Fell is a perfect example of Paul and John’s beautiful and melodic harmonies. They progressed so quickly in their craft and the songs went from relatively simple (like this one) to highly complex in just a few years. Welcome to the journey!
the best Beatles Concert ( Utube ) I know of is from Australia, 1964. about the time the great film ' Hard days Night' was released. 30 min or so , including extra songs apparently violating contract rules, the back room guys did great letting the tape roll. and real good vid / audio quality. this is a LP playing, background film. see excerpts of ' Ed Sullivan show' US TV for 'beatlemania'
1965/66 was a different world than 2024. Almost like a different planet now (laughing)...
Soulshine by The Allman Brothers ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Os Beatles nunca morrerão daqui cem anos estarão tocando corações das gerações futuras
Please listen to Something by The Beatles. It was written by George Harrison ( his best ever)
The Mop Tops were cool...
Ten Years After. I'd Love to Change the World.
Welcome to my childhood 😊
👍😉🔥
If you want an example of EXQUISITE harmonies from the Beatles, I recommend "Nowhere Man"....or "Elenor Rigby". You won't believe how clever they were, as vocalists. And they ushered in an entire wave of new music, known as the British Invasion. Literally DOZENS of excellent bands from the UK came here, capitalizing on Beatlemania, and they were all outstanding. The Hollies, Chad and Jermey, Petula Clark....dozens more, completely changed pop music in a matter of a few years.
Dig the "Nehru" jackets.
You really should listen to The Long and Winding Road 😊
# 홧팅 🍒🙆♂️))
Let it Be
We can work it out, by the Beatles
Nice! Try 'We can work it Out' next.
Let's get it over and done with, react to "She's Leaving Home" 😢
❤❤
Hello beauty, pls consider reacting to my fav song "Yer Blues". It's Beatles song, but I recommend you version by The Dirty Mac. It was a supergroup made by Lennon, Richards, Clapton and Mitchell.Cheers!
Please react Dimas Senopati cover - Matahariku (by AgnezMo) and JAMRUD and KOES PLUS - Hatimu Hatiku (Original Clip) ❤❤❤ terima kasih sebelumnya 😊😊
Remember....no auto-tune.
The most famous harmony in history, by sort of a lot, right? (John and Paul)
Three Dog Night. Never Been to Spain.
“Blue Jay Way”😅 The Beatles were always a step ahead of everyone else and had several defining styles. All between’64 and ‘70. A next step would be Ticket to Ride.
They hated the song because they couln't create the intro on their own, so they relegated it to a regular LP song. In USA they discovered it as a gem and sell it as a single. It was a smash!
Has anyone yet to point out that the unison singing she hears during verses is John double tracking himself?
There's a clear path between this and the later Rubber Soul and Revolver albums. As George said, everything changed in November 66 and "it became just a job". Lennon became openly bitter and cynical. Then came Billy Shears...............
The Beatles - Revolution. Official Artist Channel.
Jackson Browne. Doctor My Eyes.
The Alan Parsons Project. Time.
I am The Walrus' please
The Kinks. Come Dancing.
they didn't perform this song at shea
True, neither in 1965 or 1966...
can you imagine beatles concerts were about 35 minutes long and consisted of 11 songs@@devildog5354
Badfinger. It's Over.
........did you lived in a convent......?🤔
Steely Dan. Black Cow.
the beatles are probably the first and best ''boy band'' ever. a real boy band that plays instruments.
Emma . I have a request from you, I want Turkish singer "Selda Bağcan"
❤❤
