i don’t think it’s really a launcher but if you’re next to a wall then yes bc you can combo afterwards but i think you can get the combo if you’re a bit to the right side without wall but idk i’ve been trying to figure it out 😭
She has had it since the game came out. P.S. it's 15 frames and is what you use as her 15 frame punish. You get a guaranteed stomp or db4,2 after it. If you are near the wall you can use db4,2 and you can get a full combo. Sucks that he is one of the worst characters in the game. Gotta work so hard to do so little.
