I know last week you said something about being May ..I wish you would say the dates more so we can see the season weather and the tourist season to see how busy it is there.. I usually travel off season. I am doing an Apartment remodel in Ernèe France.. my dream is to have a stationary place in Europe so I can start exploring with a home base.
Slovenia is just so picturesque and I love that the culture is still there, the shepherds huts and the old barns, the style of them is so unique! So happy you got the new drone, I feel bad for not contributing but, Canadian money wouldn’t amount to much with the exchange. I've really enjoyed watching your travels. My Grandfather came across the Ocean to America when he was a boy, from Slovenia. Or at least the story my family has given me. He could speak Slovakian language. I never knew my Grandfather, as he had passed before I was born. We never had any of his family history, other than a copy of his Naturalization papers. I can't wait until electric or even hydrogen cars become more advanced.. combustion engines are so unreliable with so many moving parts but also rust is a big concern. But surprisingly you had very little problems with your vehicle after so many miles, we bought our Mazda new which now has 150k and probably spent $5k in repairs so far and those are reliable vehicles
and, did you know that while Slovenia has no official retirement to permanent resident visa, it does have a 1 year resident visa which can be renewed and, after 5 years of one year temporary residence visas, you can apply for permanent residency and, If you become a permanent resident/citizen of Slovenia, your Social Security payments will keep coming no matter how long you stay outside the U.S. - so long as you remain eligible for the payments.
Hope you do not have to deal with what went down in Barcelona. Though their hostility at tourists makes no sence since they state it effects housing which most tourists camp or hotel. That should not effect housing. Yet the protesters said nothing of the political immigrant which would effect that.
Ah cool, you got to Velika Planina. I've done that lift/chairlift 8 times in a day, with my mountain bike and back down the path to the lift station. Goes every hour on the hour, if you are fast enough you can just get up/down in the hour. Some locals have managed all 12 lifts in a day but I think my 8 is the best for any foreigner!

We purchased all of our parts in the USA before we left --- a few times we have needed parts along the way and we have had to have them shipped in from the USA. It is expensive and takes time, but it is what we have to do usually.
@SnowAndCurt for electric parts like a inverter and the like, is there a specific store or website you go to, I hoping to be able to find electric parts I need for a a mobility scooter I have. She is fairly new and can't find where to get the parts I need. I went to manufacture and they only sell tires and batteries. Any information you can give me would be appreciated

We have used drone footage... But it was Not ours... We purchased it from a video licensing site 😊 it's really good to have our drone back 😁
