Very confused, watched and listened to the whole video but what did you actually do to fix it?
My test light comes on from the same horn socket, the horn works on jumper cables off the car, but no horn at all when on the car.

Hi mate I have dodge nitro and I change the clock spring new one
And I accidentally I remove the instrumental cluster and the horn not working now
