No Walmart is not ripping off Benchmade. Benchmade is ripping off everyone who buys Benchmade.
Bought 2 of them and surprising it’s really good
I bought 4 for the free shipping.
SO DAMN HAPPY I DID !!!!
Not gonna lie, mine needed adjusting on the pivot, but that took all of 5 seconds and this thing is fantastic.
it carves "Try Sticks" really well in green wood.
cuts 550 cord.
opens AMAZON packages like a light sabre.
what else do I need it too do?
You wouldn't believe it but I've done cardboard slayer live streams on 2 of these things. One went 7 hours before the edge crapped out. The other one went 6 hours beforw I had to tap out but it still had some edge left. I can't figure it out, all the rest of my D2's only managed around 4 hours.
I didn't do anything but strop mine when it came out of the box, and it got crazy sharp.
I deliberately dulled my "Wugout" and it was really easy to get it even more sharp than the way it came. It probably dulls easily, but it also sharpens easily.
Optional Butterfly 🦋 is $130 extra
'But, but, but......the steel. American made.' Blah, blah, blah. I agree with you.
I picked up two of these mid week and have been EDC'ing it. Basic light duty tasks from bagel cutting to packing tape / bubble wrap / ESD bags at work. No complaints about mine. The handle fills the hand better than a bugout... IMHO of course. I am not a fan of flat / skinny knife handles. Benchmade brought this on themselves to some degree by not renewing their patent on the axis lock. Don't know what they were thinking on that one. The lock mechanism has always been one of the most heavily scrutinized features of any folding knife. Why they would give the entire industry a free meal ticket is beyond me. Weren't they one of the companies who were lobby-ing against our 2A carry rights a while back? They got some backlash from that too. Great choice on the Adamas though, I always liked that design.
I have no issues with this knife at ten bucks! I was able to put a very nice edge on the blade, now to find out how it will hold up!
I bought a Benchmade bugout, and I bought this Ozark Trail knife. My thoughts? 🖕 Benchmade.
I appreciate the review of this knife. Right now, availability of this knife is pretty tight as it has been bought up as soon as it is in stock. Scalpers buying them up in quantities to offer for a profit on platforms like eBay. That’s fine, eventually the stores will be overflowing with these Benchmade clones.
Welcome back! Great content as always.
Not too bad? Dude…. You need to play around with the knife for a week or so! The knife is a game changer! The knife is a great deal for $10! If Walmart continues to release great low cost knives…. It’s going to put pressure on other manufacturers.
Well good since Benchmaid likes to cut guns in half and all...!!!
Not a clone but it’s similar. As far as torture testing there are many videos showing people breaking them. If you use it for what a folding knife is made for it will work.
Looks like they have gotten rid or any listing of this product. Online at least
Saw them in Walmart Sunday. Even at $10. I passed on it. I'm not into the Halloween look. I don't want something bright and flashy in my hand.
Quality control is lacking. They didn't even bother trying to color match the scales. They had 3 on them and all 3 had unmatched handles. They ranged from a bright safety orange to a dull burnt orange.
be harder to find someone Walmart isnt ripping off...
As they should
Because benchmade is bending all of you “edc” guys over
Also as they should
