There was a surgeon that reviewed the ringer dinger and said it was BS, buuuuuut, I've never seen a person have back surgery and came out this happy before. How I know, countless people in my family and friends that had back surgery only cry and regret doing so.
the problem is many people see this as an instant fix this is merely just to help you get started probably with stretching and exercise. You know that hip or knee problem preventing you from running or something im sure this would fix it instantly but you gotta keep working on it to streghnten that area again, im not sure whats the issue with surgery many doctors see a problem and just suggest surgery ive always wondered if its a lack of study when it comes more to this issues or just greedy america with their surgeries and pain meds for people to just give them money
