"JUST a quad tear." What an absolute legend that gave me great memories in the WWF days. Knowing that he was wrestling with those injuries just makes it even more impressive.
Can't believe the IWC makes fun of his quad blowing out in his late 40s after years of wrestling after surgeries dating to 1984! It's a miracle he's able to have a career that he did, even if it was mostly right place, right time where Hogan left and the Lex Express didn't pan out, thus why not a bodyguard for a guy who threw his best friend through a window?
Folks make fun of Nash for tearing his quad just by walking across the ring. But when you realize the amount of injuries he's had on just one leg! That is terrifying. And he's still moving around and squatting. Dude is in great shape.
Kevin Nash has always been one of the 4 or 5 most interesting guys in pro wrestling to me. His look and charisma got him super over as a wrestler. Keep booking guys like them. Love the channel by the way. I look forward to your videos every time.
I love how Kevin Nash has mellowed as he is gotten older, so wise. Real cool he is trully on of the greatest big men in Wrestling.
I'm happy to see that he still so active and full of life, despite all the injuries and damage he suffered across his career. The 1992 incident especially was very brutal to watch
27 years suffered knee injuries all of those powerbombs its real stand and respect for big kiv 🤚god damnit
Kevin Nash is definitely on my top 3 all time pro wrestler of all time.. much respect 👏
Lovely gracious words at the end.
Thank you.
47:52 He was even kind enough to apologise for the piss.
😅
Scary that Nash looks healthier now then he did coming back to wwe for the triple h and cm punk fued
These are always some of my favourite videos, the ones with wrestlers. Just listening to the stories, and everything from the beginning, to now, is fascinating to hear. Keep up the great work
Hands down the coolest video yet!!! My favorite wrestler and what a great dude.
Damn it Big Kev you had tears starting just watching the pain you were going through but I hope it helps with everyday pain. As a 30yr trucker Im dealing with neck and back pain . Keep on digging big guy.
Grateful to have met him, got a picture and a few laughs with him.
Straight up guy and 100% my fave ever!
Such a cool guy.
True story:
I'm 6'4", so a good 4-5" shorter than him and he greets me: "How u doin, big man?"
Guess who's marking out inside. 🤣
Wow that was really interesting. I watched the whole thing not realizing it was 50 minutes. As a 90s wrestling fan & someone with chronic neck problems I liked this.
That moment when you are a Hall of "Farmer"
This episode is ironic because when I met Kevin Nash he was on crutches in Whole Foods in Ga ! I talked to him and offered to help him put Groceries in his truck. Really nice guy and after putting groceries away he took a pic with me. Great video!
Thanks, Beau. Kevin was the adolescent favourite. And he was great in "The Punisher"
He seems like one of the nicest guys in all his interviews.
Happy to see Nash is all smiles, especially after his incident in 1992.
KWAB
He didn't even bring up that time he got stabbed on the set of The Punisher. Too humble.
Kevin tells the best stories. I really enjoyed this.
Great to see and hear Diesel. Never knew he was a pro baller. I thoroughly enjoyed this session and DDP's as well. Nice work, Dr. H. 💪👍
What a beast. I always loved his version of the powerbomb. It looked so powerful without the need of lifting the opponent as with the "last ride".
Wasn't safe. Takers was better
What I liked about the Jacknife is he would lift them up to his head so they are about 7 feet in the air and would then just drop them
@@tylerpitman2339 Why? Isn't safer than a "simple" chokeslam?
@@johnathanweber4271 Is not just the hight. Some other tall guys did the powerbomb but his was different somehow.
@@ESTAMOSJUGANDOSP The difference is that Nash didn't push the opponent into the mat. He just dropped them.
Loved watching every minute! I’ve been lucky enough to meet and have a picture with nash! What a guy!
Loved every minute of this vid. I have always been a fan of both of you. But I've been a Nash Fan for much longer😉. Thanks for keeping us straight Hightower!
Nash is one of the greats and my favorite. Always a great interview and I love his punisher story about how he was stabbed on set by a real knife and they left that scene in movie.
Diesel vs Bret Hart at Survivor Series 95 was his best match. Never knew his knees had been though so much. Was upset when he left to go to WCW in 96 but when he explained how much less he’d have to work it’s a no brainer why you’d leave WWF.
Outsiders, were my favorite tag team of all time. Also loved the nWo as well, one of the best groups in wrestling of all time.
Underrated, people say austin and rock changed wrestling but nash is the one who introduced guarenteed contacts
so that no matter where you were on the card you still got paid also the creator behind the nwo which really put wrestling on the map and and started the attitude era
He and Scott Hall revolutionized wrestling by starting the biggest wrestling angle in history.
@@johnnyskinwalker4095 - Bishoff signed them both and it was he who came up with the idea for the invasion angle (the outsiders) which he ripped off from UWfi invading New Japan.
@@guyverjay1289 ....and?
@@johnnyskinwalker4095 it was nashes idea though not hall
@@johnnyskinwalker4095 - and nothing
I couldnt believe that full squat either. My knees buckle everytime i try and squat. I hate it. But i havent been through nearly as much as,Kevin so it must be fixable. I need this therapy, looks amazing
The legend! Love this
"17 on the right and 9 on the left" just kevin nash stuff, what a legend
I remember meeting him at my very 1st Comic Con in Chicago. Super nice guy. Said a few words to me and shoock my hand and I didn't even have to stand in a line or anything. I'm 6'1 and that was the only time I've had to look up so far at someone 😂🤣
I mean to be fair 6'1 is not that tall where I live that's very common I am 6'5 and I feel like that's average where I live so he still very tall but I see people around his height every once in awhile but I think it's really just perspective on where you live at
Great content doc. This convo really took me back. Love it. Nash's top 10 really surprised me. #10 made realize that the struggle is real. All these guys trying to fight with what they were given. Cool dude.
Is that profile pic from 2008 Hulk game
Another legend 🔥🔥🔥
Kevin Nash is the jackpot of genetics... Big.. muscular.. a lot of hair.. good bone structure.. healthy..and i think he is smart... Aaaaand he is ageing nice.
Hightower knows his wrestling history! I love it! Nice to see someone who actually knows what he’s talking about for a change. Unlike a bunch of these other cats who only remember history from 2 years ago
