because it has no freebies , one law for all , no specific or special citizens , tax given by more than 10 % , 1 child policy , same punishment for all , they focus on learning science or arts whatever except stupid verses. they work hard and importantly but not the last -unity.. they utter the same word when it goes against country , irrespective of colur caste religion.. they have only one priority over everything , that is country and its men.. without this mindset and strict rules this achievement was impossible but
here in India its almost impossible
