An episode of depression could also make you blow up like this, or a change in routine (lots of traveling, work relocation, a loved one hospitalized) that disrupts one's habits (nutrition, exercise) could also be the cause. I hope he's OK and it's just a matter of having overindulged, because that's (often) more easily remedied than a condition or illness.
I agree, I am fighting 7 autoimmune diseases and I did notice that his ankles and feet are very swollen and red. It could be very dangerous… Or maybe he is the type whose feet swell when he flies…. Really hope that he is ok.

Exact thing happened to me when I found out I had cirrhosis of the liver. I was all puffed up. It happened during lock down so my treatment was delayed. Had to get fluid drained from my stomach. I was also diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis which they think damaged my liver. He should see a doctor and get his labs done asap

My neighbor developed a huge stomach & Sat by pool drinking alcohol. She died with in a year due to liver disease!

Swollen feet can be a sign of heart failure
He needs to elevate his feet for that swelling. Hope it's nothing serious.
That's not going to help if he has a heart condition.

I’m sick, like just found out I have heart failure, there have been issues with my kidneys, liver and collegen production. It’s genetic. My diet it very clean and limited. His feet look like mine. My cardiologist just freaked out yesterday. I am also very swollen. I also had thyroid and parathyroid cancer a couple years ago. Tim is sick. I also have no energy and dealing with people can just be too much because there is so much pain. Imagine having living every second of everyday with this. I feel like I am being burned alive. I hope people can have some compassion on Tim. I wouldn’t have made it this far without homeopathic medicine and western medicine. ❤goes out to him.
I have ehler danlos type 3, heart probsliver,kidney, diseased/dead blood vessels especially in my brain now, 2mm tumor in brain behind left eye, tumor cyst in right kidney. Been suffering since 2001. Complete vegan and nitric oxide,pancreatin, vit d 10,000 twice a days, mushroom pills,800mg ibuprofen twice a day breaks up the clots my kidney makes from slow blood flow. Exercise sitting on a giant yoga ball at night. Everything is continuing to deteriorate but I don't feel sick or hurt anymore at least. The nitric oxide first hurt my brain because of increased oxygen and blood flow. But no sharp or throbbing pain anymore. Maybe add these to your treatment.

Have you considered a strict carnivore diet? It has helped so many people with liver disease, autoimmune disease, diabetes, high bp, etc. god bless.
Have heard some of his 90 Day friends say Tim has no interest in a healthy diet or exercise. May have caught up with him.
You captured a very good photo of Tim, showing his edema & ascites, it may be from an auto immune disease. Note neither Veronica nor Kenny & Armando have bare feet. Only Tim after flying, this should help explain why he is laid back & slow moving, an underlying disease. 🙊🙉🙈🐵

Tim is dealing a flare and as well he could be on medication that helps the flare but that same medication could have some side effects
People often go to Mexico for medical treatments. It costs less there. Wish him all the best.

I have lupus sle and have similar flare ups mainly arthritic and GI related.
My wife has systemic. She flares. More vital organs. ( the worst kind of Lupus ) But the color of his feet are seriously bad edema. Poor guy

My husband had kidney disease & went thru dialysis & transplant 11yrs ago. Bc of his dialysis over 3yrs, he has severe anemia & neuropathy in his feet. Also w that ge was on prednisone & that pit 60lbs on him within a year. Hopefully Tim is not being g a stubborn man & getting the care he needs.🙏🙏
It could be rheumatoid arthritis. I have that and I get flares that make everything swell.

Poor guy he can't catch a break, people always talk about him and he never instigates a thing. Anything could be happening, it could even be a reaction to meds, who knows, but I hope he is ok and people leave him be.
The feet look like it's a circulation problem, and that's a serious condition.
I know I have have those flaire up if I had a medication with cortisol- I had pnemonia and needed presnidole (a form of cortisol steriod) to open the lungs. I was a potatoe for a month. I also have lympehedema (diagnosed in 2015 after I could barely move) therefore if I drink alcohol (excess like on a cruise vaca) this also happens to me. Since lymphedema is connected with your lymphatic drainage system, now anytime I am coming down with an illness, I will notice the inflamation in my face and ankles first long before I start coughing or feeling like I was run over by a truck. After lots and lots of testing and exploration we learnt my pituatary gland in my thyroid is sending out too much stress hormones and my body was trying to find an equilibrium + swelling in other places to protect me or because my blood was having a challenging time circulating ... everyon'es endrocrine system is different - esspecially when we become older and our hormones change.

I saw the same thing on the show when it was on and it had me wondering whats up with Tims feet and ankles. There was a part on the show where he was made to dance with Kenny and I was wondering if he was gonna be able to stand up much less dance.

Every time I fly on an airplane my feet and ankles swell up like an elephant’s foot! It takes a couple of days to calm down.
Why are we talking about things we don't know or understand? The boy needs to go to a doctor and get things figured out. When we know what's going on with him then we should talk about it

It could also be veinular reflux disease which I have & your veins don't work properly to get the blood back to your heart causing edema. me and my dad have it.

New medication side effect? Antidepressants can often cause weight gain. Diabetes is very common as well.

Edema causes very itchy skin, so we scratch those areas making it red & flaky. Needs to wear compression 🧦 stockings & elevate. Take water 💊

When my kidney failurre progressed , istarted, i was retaining a lot of fluid. (Im also very slim) Eventualy this led to ESRF ( End stage renal failurre) and dialysis, and after sonme y,ears a double organ transplant. Not sure what is going on witg tim, but hope hes ok.

Oh god his poor feet and ankles. My Dad died from congestive heart failure, and he looked like that when he got bad. I hope Tim has something less serious and easier to deal with.

I have said this evey time Tim's libido and slowness has come into question.
He and Veronica have mentioned a few times that he eats crap all the time.
He eats microwave food on the regular and loves junk food.

The way he looks did not happen over night. Every time we have seen Tim he has looked more and more tired and inflamed.
Just looking at him in that shot says to me fatty liver DEFINITELY. It also would not surprise me to hear that he's got heart issues. He needs to go get one of those full cardio grams and stress tests. I would not be surprised to hear that his blood pressure is through the roof, he's pre-diabetic and his heart valves are over working...maybe even leaking. Any of those things are causes for inflammation. He probably has them all.

It could be anything, but Mexico City has a high altitude so his feet might be swollen because of that. Jet lag and sitting for a long time can also be a possibility for the swelling. He should see a doctor though while he’s there.

Looks like he may have gout. Lots of southerners get gout because of the southern diet of lots of fried foods, not much vegetables and alcohol. Plus no exercise. The weight gain and red swollen feet are part of the symptoms. He was always one of those slim/fat men with hips.

Tim might have a kidney problem ( I'm a nurse ) looks bloated. He may need assessment, kidney function tests. Could be on steroids for asthma, this can cause bloating.
