Later on the Governor of Texas made them honorary Texans in recognition of their actions and they are still the most decorated unit in U.S. history to my knowledge. I remember when I played Fallout 3 and talked the AI president into killing itself. Most anticlimactic boss fight ever. RIP Mr. President John Henry Eden. A robot who loved baseball.
Depends on which enclave tbh. Eden's? Hell naw, minute men are all mutants and deserve to be exterminated. West Coast/Autumn's? I absolutely agree and would've love to see them team up in 4.
That and Bethesda will make it look like the enclave will look like bad guys.... Again... I mean I personally don't mind a delusional faction (brother of steel in 4 to be a semi-decent example) but I don't one that's downright bad and dumb internally (institute, some of the raider factions, you know the ones).

@@shoebillgaming2147 imo I think it would be interesting to see a twist in their delusions instead of just evil karma=evil Idk I find it would be more interesting, similar to how they were in 2 where they were basically hypocrites but no one argued with the logic that their op guy just so happens to be a mutant with good causes for their morales which is kill all muties. And if you want another example I can think of Thanos from end game.

As for the major players let's start with the fat cat the Last Guardians a faction formed by survivors of the prewar national guard and emergency response services those guys defend local settlements and help them rebuild their pretty much the reason why Kentucky is a relative safe haven of the east coast the next major group are the Pioneers from what the report said their vault dwellers turned roadwarrior vigilanties traveling in small groups and brutalizing anyone who would wish to prey on the weak and then there's the Church of New Eden their a local religious community their known for charity and their mission of copying all pre war information be it children's comic books or military grade blueprints... Those groups seem like good potential allies in the region now onto a bit of an unknown the Kentucky Chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel, they are different, open to outsiders and kind to mutants, they claim to come from Chicago which I guess would explain their unorthodox ways... Now onto the local threats the Renegade Raiders and the Blood Heart Company the raiders are descendants of prewar army units that went on a rampage against civies... Old habits die hard eh? The Blood Heart Company is no better their ruthless merconaries who use terror to enrich themselfs... Both groups will get purged...
