People say tricast spares are expensive... they need to check on that because they are cheap compared to other makers by a long way. Plus you can get them for years to come. Plus it’s made in England.

Returning angler after 15 years misses said I wanna learn to fish So I bout a 5mtr carp margin pole & oh boy haha I said “Ah great sweetie you’ve got me hooked again”. Excuse the pun.! I used to fish with the Middy Rock Ard with a bully boy top three kit amazing pole it was.!
I enjoyed the video, but I couldn't help but have a chuckle about what would have happened if you'd starting loose feeding maggots in front of the neighbours. Then again I do have a weird sense of humour.
Looked at this and it was lovely, but ended of getting browning sphere power partner, sphere was better all round pole in my opinion, felt lighter better balanced and more responsive, got the sphere power partner and 2 sphere tops for £625, absolutely outstanding 10.5 metre pole best I’ve ever used buy a massive margin, wasn’t sure what it would be like with bigger carp at first and was a little worried about the big lumps to be honest, but had 4 double figure carp on it so far up to 15 pounds and 8oz on 14-16 elastic with a pulla bug no problem what so ever, plus if I ever wanted more length I can extend with the exo sphere/ sphere, 8,9 and 10 sections, although they are very expensive around £500 pounds each!!!, think I’ll give them a miss, I’m quite poor 😆
Good review and looks like an excellent bit of kit. I would agree with some of the other comments around pulla kits. They are pre-bushed but I would expect a pulla system to be installed from factory. All the other main manufacturers do this. Agree the kits are short but they would benefit from side-pulla.
Hi ben what does this pole weigh at 10m.was gonna buy the mtx 1 13 power pole but now I might go for this and build it up to 13m as i go along .which would you recommend for carp fishing with some silver fishing
He got a few funny looks last week at Messingham Sands trying to retrieve his mates top 2, also trying to pull a few reed beds out with his new margin pole ! I think that all got edited out !
Lol you were in the corner to my left. Did you not have some reed battles. defiantly tested pole strength. wish I could put in vid of mate losing top kit too my swearing lol

Very nice poles tricast going back a few years I bought a tricast senator fourteen meter absolutely solid still use it in ireland perfect
