I wouldn’t worry about Calafiori. If we bring him in it just means someone is headed out, maybe Kiwior. With Timber’s return CB cover becomes more important than LB cover and I have a hunch Arteta has never fully trusted Kiwior in the CB position.
"I have a hunch Arteta has never fully trusted Kiwior in the CB position" That's so unlike Mikel not to trust one of his signings or players he gave extended contracts to
It makes a lot of sense. Califlori adds depth that can compete to start. Raya was signed this new kid is signed to replace Raya. There isn't a right wingers that challenges saka. So they will probably go for a lw that can cover right. Which is nico he'd start on the left. Nico, onana, fofana, aren't big 100m players but neither is kimmich, gykeresh, or osimen anymore. I wouldn't be worried. And I think the Atlantic has no info. And he may not even wrote that part.

I never believed Arsenal would be ambitious this window. We got Rice but why stop there? I’m fed up of this ‘There’s no players available’ rubbish and ‘We’ll wait for next summer’. Highest season tickets in the league for what?
I reckon it’s a but more complicated than just highest season tickets. And I think they’d rather get the right players or the ones they want rather than forcing a move just to fill a spot or appease fans.
@@jivet3919 We pay the most for our tickets so deserve to watch the best players. I’m seeing links to Onana and Bakayoko for squad depth. Is that going to scare Man City? What about Chelsea who are making loads of sales to try and sign Isak? Now is our time to go big in the window and finally get a title. I fear we won’t do enough yet again and end up trophyless.
Arsenal are the biggest bottlejobs when it comes to selling players. Oxlaide Chamberlain and Iwobi are the only good ones I can remember in the last 20 years. Arteta has made Kronke the most revenue they have seen at the club and yet they pretend to be cash strapped. Man City have 4-6 World Class players when will Edu and Arteta get us our 1st? It's clear top 4 money is all they care for yet again

saka playing at lb proved one thing. if saka has room and isn't crowded bc there's no functional opposite side he can be explosive and creative
I think he will moved in like Henry and become a st. In the future.

Saka playing at lb proved nothing and why continue to play him at RW when he hasn't had a single effort on target in his last 5 games?
@@PaulClarke-dv5sr is that ur only metric to measure his efficiency? why play foden at all if he's only got 3 goals in over 25 appearances for england

I think the German player is definitely Kimmich or Sane
Edu and our scouting team need to be questioned..are they even competent to recruit players and sell
Hi Rory, Arsenal want $12mill, there are no one else in for him. So what do the club do?
The question is, how do we so consistently end up in this position?

Well I agree with that after the transfer window closes. In the mean time. We have plenty of time to add depth.
