Cool overview. I returned my Vision Pro. The price/value just wasn't there for me. I have been thinking about the Quest 3, but sounds like the Xreal's may be the best solution.
As long as you don't want to play games or whatever - if its strictly a video device, the X Real is great but I'd maybe wait for the pro version - the extra FOV would be nice.

Try to cup/cover your ears over the glasses arms when listening to the sound and it's even better
