    The buttermilk makes a HUGE difference! Although I don't buy buttermilk unless Im baking something that calls for it. So what I do is pour in 1 tablespoon of vinegar to a cup of milk and let that sit for about 5 minutes then use it as buttermilk. Works just the same. Everybody raves about my fried chicken and want to know what did I do to make it taste so good! Of course I use seasoning too but not until I pull the chicken out of the buttermilk from marinating. Good good! So I know this will be awesome too. I will have to try this soon. Thanks Ms. Phyllis!! God bless you!

    Hi Phyllis, you're meals always look So good! I've made Parmesan chicken a couple of times and it's always very good. Infact, my husband has put in requests for it many times 😃 I guess I should get around to his request..lol. Oh boy yesterday my husband smoked some pork ribs! You talk about good!!! The meat was so good-it just fell off the bone. He uses a rib rub by Emeril that has a bit of a spicy taste to it then at the end of smoking the ribs he pours a sweet honey BBQ sauce on it. The two combined give it a sweet and spicy taste! I can honestly say that I've never had better ribs !!!...(not even from an expensive steak&rib restaurant!!! ) I wish you could have tasted them🌻

    What happened to the property you had cleared north of you for a tiny house? Did we miss something, or are you still planning to take the RV up there?

    • @PhyllisStokes
      @PhyllisStokes  7 лет назад +3

      We are not going to build on the property until we sell this house. Can't take care of two properties - I've done that in the past and it just takes way too much time and effort.
