A lot of people speak urdu in Punjab but they are genetically Punjabi. And there are kashmiri, pathan, baloochi etc... they speak punjabi but genetically they are from other region. By the way, kashmiri and punjabi are too mixed because many kashmiris had migrated during the famine of 19th century as my two great grandmother were kashmiri.

There are Turkic Hazara also, as well as Indo Greek Kalash and we also have Siddi that came from Africa. Idk but Muhajir also is a very broad term even Bengalis were from the Muhajirun and still many Bengalis living in Pakistan. There are many more diverse ethnic groups. Alhamdulillah that's the beauty of Pakistan that it is so much diverse but still somehow manages to hold itself together just becoz of Islam.
Punjabi is an ethno-linguistic group and not a really ethnic group (live years in Punjab, speak Punjabi and you are a Punjabi) that's why there are Baloch Punjabis, Pashtun Punjabis and Sindhi Punjabis etc.
Sindhi is also not an ethnic group, just like Punjabis. Sindhis are Baloch,Samah, Sumrah,Jat,Muslim and Hindu Rajputs,Brahuis,Baniyas, Gujaratis,Shudras,Daltis, Mallah,Machi,Syed,Few Turks etc
My mom looks very Iranic but her family migrated from the Indian side of Punjab to the Pakistani side during Partition. Same as my dad, idk if he looks more Iranic or Indic honestly. I don't know what they are if you go far back. ancestry tests aren't very accurate like that unfortunately.

These are just the main ethnicities. Pakistan is one of the most diverse countries in the world. Some that you did not mention. Arabs, Gujjars, Kashmiris, Chitralis, Baltis, Shins, Hazaras, Tajiks, Uzbeks and much more smaller ethnicities as well.

There are also some Eastern Iranics like Wakhis that are considered Tajik. Hazaras have also been living here for hundreds of years and they are native to the region. There are no properly Arab people, but many Pakistanis have Arab ancestry.

There are 40M Pashtuns living in Pakistan. Only 13M in Afghanistan. So, Pashtuns are more Pakistanis than Afghanistanis. In fact, Pakistan has had more Pashtun Heads-of-State than any other group.

The vast majority of Pakistanis are ethnic Iranics. There is a minority of Dravidian(Indian) people mostly concentrated in the eastern half of Pakistan.

Hazaras speak Persian but not Ethnically Persian, and Afghanistan is not ethnically Persian but they also speak Dari Persian. Persians are from Iran(Persia) there is 60-70% Persians that live there mostly in center of Iran

Punjabi is more of a linguistic group. Anyone can be a punjabi as long as they settle in Punjab and learn the language and culture.
A lot of people speak urdu in Punjab but they are genetically Punjabi. And there are kashmiri, pathan, baloochi etc... they speak punjabi but genetically they are from other region. By the way, kashmiri and punjabi are too mixed because many kashmiris had migrated during the famine of 19th century as my two great grandmother were kashmiri.

There are Turkic Hazara also, as well as Indo Greek Kalash and we also have Siddi that came from Africa. Idk but Muhajir also is a very broad term even Bengalis were from the Muhajirun and still many Bengalis living in Pakistan. There are many more diverse ethnic groups. Alhamdulillah that's the beauty of Pakistan that it is so much diverse but still somehow manages to hold itself together just becoz of Islam.

Punjabi is an ethno-linguistic group and not a really ethnic group (live years in Punjab, speak Punjabi and you are a Punjabi) that's why there are Baloch Punjabis, Pashtun Punjabis and Sindhi Punjabis etc.
Sindhi is also not an ethnic group, just like Punjabis. Sindhis are Baloch,Samah, Sumrah,Jat,Muslim and Hindu Rajputs,Brahuis,Baniyas, Gujaratis,Shudras,Daltis, Mallah,Machi,Syed,Few Turks etc

These are just the main ethnicities. Pakistan is one of the most diverse countries in the world. Some that you did not mention. Arabs, Gujjars, Kashmiris, Chitralis, Baltis, Shins, Hazaras, Tajiks, Uzbeks and much more smaller ethnicities as well.

Punjabi is not a single ethnic group.
Punjabi is a linguistic group.
Because in Punjab jatts , rajputs , arain, mughals, gujjars these all ethnic groups are different orignaters and origin . but these all ethnic groups are settled in one province punjab and his language made Punjabi.
But in case of pashtuns . pashtuns are a single ethnic group because the orignaters of pashtuns are one single man . his name is qais Abdur rashid. And Afghana is the origin of all pashtuns.

Punjabi,sindhi,kashmri are not ethnic groups but these are provinces and states of pakistan.these regions consist of different ethnicities like arya,arbs,jutts,juggars,indian etc.
No that's not how it works. They are provinces and ethnicities too. "Arya" (assuming you mean Indo-Aryan) is a race, Jatts and Juggars are a Biradri and Indian is a nationality.

Indus Valley people who are Neolithic Iranians with brown skin and pointy noses
Steppe people who are the Aryans with blond hair and other hair colors like Kalash, Kashmiris, Gilgit and some Pashtuns near Swat, some Jatts as well
West Eurasian meaning the migration groups such as Huns, Kushans and Sakas who aren't Aryans but sometimes have steppe ancestry added with central asian ancestry
The onge ancestry which is a minority but they're black skin related to the austro Asiatic people of Bihar. You find this look in Karachi and Lahore
