      @@CHRISHERIAHelo chris , how ya duin ?
Can u please do a vdo where calisthenics guys , you and Osvaldo try n check your strength on the big 3 - Bench press , deadlift and Barbell Squat .
I wanted to know how calisthenics strength transferred to the big 3
Watching your videos 4m india .
I'm working my way to level 6 of pushups ( clapping pushups 18 reps , please do a tutorial on proper form and progressions on clapping pushup ) from your vdo .
I'm so close . U said that to progress to pseudo pushups , one needs to do 20 Clapping pushups and I did 18 today with my chess touching the ground on every rep .
Please make a tutorial vdo on Clapping pushups 🙏

I managed to get focal chondropathy with anterior and inferior damage, my cartilage is abraded over a few millimeters and the lower labrum is cracked, it feels like a flap, I don't think we can do worse if someone knows a way to fix it. repair without surgery I am here I will do everything necessary to return to sport but no surgery!

Hey Chris, thanks so much for your videos, I love calisthenics and you are my motivation to keep going.
I have had 2 dislocations of one shoulder and I have it extremely sensitive to excessive rotations, that's why I can't do exercises that put too much pressure on them like essential dips for example. I don't have any problem in doing any type of exercise, only rotation limits me, for example a hefesto would be impossible for my shoulders. That said, could you recommend me an alternative to the dips to continue progressing? I feel it is a very important exercise at the beginning so I would like to be able to keep up and improve as much as I can. Thank you very much for your attention.
