Also it means fresh and pure of teenage. Red is passion. '이별로 취해야지 저별로 날아가지' in this lyric '이별' means 'this star' and '저별' is 'that star'. But 이별 also means 'breakup', meaning many meeting and breakup in 20s. And cuz of poor he worked as a military officer till his late 20s so tried singing hard to be a singer. And green means his present, after becoming a singer. And now his life became stable and living his 30s but with fear of future.
