    Compound sets are combining two or more exercises back to back... bilateral or unilateral! Alternating!

    A supinated dumbbell curl is a mid-range bicep exercise.... going to a hammer curl is forearm exercise!

    You're doing a neutral grip tricep extension a skull crusher is a pronated grip with a barbell to the forehead hence the term skull crusher!

    A drop set is when you reduce the weight in that specific exercise double drop or triple drop!
