I think the Immortal+Viking strat could have worked if Elk made more than a handful of them and gave up, oh, and attacked at the same time, lol.
Odd how that terran never went full viking after seeing all those void rays.... I mean as a Bronze league hero building Vikings should be like an instinct by now 🤣
Yeah with the immortals on the ground, his partner just needed to make a ton of Vikings for air control and they would have been set.
If he just kept going Vikings and massed Viking Immortal this match would have been 10 minutes shorter lol

The irony is he made Vikings BEFORE the Void Rays, then stopped.

team game leagues...my brother and I...we played some 2v2 and after our 5 games or what we were placed directly into master...and from there on we got marine rushed every single game and never won anything...but hey...I have been an SC2 master :D

that may have been the glitch where it displays a separate rank from what your mmr actually is, it's been around for years and I sorta just wish they'd patch it, as funny as it is going "wheeey we're masters now"
i remember the second season i ever played, my friend and i played a lot of 2v2 with like 3-3.5k mmr but could not get out of bronze. like, we had 3.5k team mmr and were being matched against plat/diamond/masters 2v2 players, but the game would not move us out of bronze. this was after my first season ever playing, where i tanked canon rushes for 5 games and my friend 1v2'ed our opponents to calibrate us to masters. i kinda want to go look at the replays for those games to see what they looked like now

It occurs to me that ravens would have complimented that immortal parade, which while comical, was driving the other terran, trying to counter the immortal flood with units it is known to be an effective counter to, to his knees.
That immortal hero's terran compatriot did no better against the chads is only further cause for sadness.

unfortunately, medivacs don’t have engineering degrees, only medical degrees.
There was definitely at least 1.5 competent players in this game.

Just what in the hell was the thought process of sending immortals againts void rays :Dd
If I had to guess, it was to hard-counter any ground force while his ally build a bunch of anti-air. But his ally never really committed to hard anti-air like a ton of vikings and instead tried to go BC fleet instead, thereby building exactly the kind of composition that mass Voidrays hard-hard-HARD counter.
Does it trigger anyone els that the "bronze league heros" logo comes on screen differntly that he says it haha
