i noticed a few things that you should probably mention in the video if you consider redoing it, like: - legendary mobs dont spawn normally until after level 10 at most locations... (even in modded games, theres just something in the code) so even if you had x20,000% legendary spawn, 0 is still 0. - concord (the place you meet preston garvey and the future parasi*cough* settlers of your old homestead) has a sewer system with 4 entrances (where the deathclaw pops out is one but there are others) is also a great place to farm legendaries if you're low level cus they are legendary radroaches - finishing far harbor (ok so maybe not early game, get some weapons first) and returning to the mother/father house will give you a chest with a guaranteed legendary, SAVE BEFORE YOU DIG IT UP and just reload if it gives you something you don't want - pc players.... you can just use one of several legendary crafting mods XD theres also mods to keep earning achievements with mods on :)
I just started playing but learned how to use the console. I've been able to put this legendary effect on a similar rifle that I have, without having to farm it. That said, I am still using the vanilla version & haven't toyed around with mods yet. I also put kneecapper on a .38 fast repeating pipe gun so I can break the legs on pretty much anything at low ammo cost :).
