House is worth every bit of asking price and as-is. Just tired of getting smoked by Texas weather, going north.
Bad idea to place a restroom near and entrance hall. In case of an upset stomach, the odor will hit incoming guess at the worst time. Always make sure it is isolated away from the main entrance.
GOOD THING ABOUT THE HOUSE IS MADE BRICK NO PLAY WOOD NO OLD

I was amazed to find a house where you had to enter the bathroom in order to get to the bedroom portion. Love to see you move furniture through there. I fell in LOVE with the other home. Think it was in Denton County Texas. Granted I hated the master suite was upstairs. I would live with it for that home and acreage.
Totally agree on the downstairs bathroom/bedroom. Have never seen that in any other home. Would take a contractor, but I would move the door from it's present location to the left and enter into the bedroom.
Whomsoever is the contractor needs to give back money so remodelling can be done in that bathroom-bedroom area
The bedroom where you enter through the bath is a construction nightmare. That room was more than likely an office and constructed into a bedroom. You can see two columns inside the bedroom where they closed the wall off from the foyer area.
Bedroom one would have to be a closet for me! The layout is hella weird but for only 320k I could get over it….here in LA Cali that house would be a good 3.5 million 😂🤣😂🤣😂

I don't think I've ever seen a home with a bedroom that was only accessible through a bathroom. I noticed the pillars in that room & they were half in/out of the entry. Was this once just an open wall, perhaps? It looks like it might have just been an open room (or a study w/french/double doors) from the entry & it was enclosed. Or, maybe this is a common thing in Tx? I haven't seen this before. Anyway, great video & no volume adjustment was needed :)

What is weird about the layout downstairs is you have to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom.
A lot of work needs to be done to this house.
Very nice house, but wait, the downstairs bedroom can be entered only via a bathroom?? Not too bad if it's used as a room for unwanted junk, etc., heh (I'd leave its door locked to keep guests from entering it in this case)...It's not beyond remedy, though: it's next to the foyer, so the wall can be cut for its own door, so one can enter withOUT going thru the bathroom. I can't believe this happened...
I hate to see homes be turned over to the banks. It's better to find someone in desperation and offer them to pay their debt amount in exchange for the house (under contract of course). This has been my flip a house project for 2 years. I find people and they cooperate because their credit is important to them. 😁😁😁 I couldn't see myself paying $319k on NO house. Use your money wisely people. Ok, bye.... house is cute though.

I don’t know what exactly is wrong with the feeling I have about this house? I think the offsetting bathroom to bedroom right off perhaps had something to do with… it just felt that it had sadness? Like it was designed by someone who “tried” to make a family place? But just did not manage to accomplish as with the masculine master sinks? Please don’t interpret my personal feelings about the home as negative, it’s only a individual sentiment as have been home hunting for a while now. I’m certain the right people will make the unique layout theirs and the outside is lovely! Especially the way the breeze affectionately began when you were filming! 🙏🏻 this house will find the right family to make it happen.
Closet space is limited for the size of the house.

This is a big house with some noticeable imperfections. Can’t walk trough a bathroom to my bedroom. Master design I’m not really impressed. Great yard no HOA I like that I can pay my mortgage straight. Good for a family of 5 . I like better houston area I visit once and fall in love . Most houses have master suit on the first floor.

I commented on a $1.7m home and asked could it still be possible to get it if I have the money, but a 550 credit score?
You will have to talk to a mortgage banker. I don't have a mortgage license to advise you on this but I know that you need at least 700 to get a jumbo loan. If you pay cash then it doesn't matter.

I'd only buy it if I could pay cash in full. If you have to take out a mortgage, I can't pay this much for a home this size that close to other homes and definitely not a corner home. A lot of these huge homes tend to have so many rooms, that it makes it look cramped.
