I find Creo somehow more intuitive for Sheetmetal and for creating instances (Family Tables), and for creating open-closed positions in assemblies. As for placing more holes at different positions, i don-t need more points in a single sketch, as long as I can use a Table pattern.
I have a blog post on my website where I discuss the underlying theme of these comparison videos is simplicity versus functionality. It depends on which you value more. As a person who comes from Creo, there are times when I'm working in SW and I'm surprised at the things it just doesn't do. But people who value ease of use generally favor SolidWorks.
@@arkaaldov5893 (1) Why don't you ask them? (2) There's a reason there isn't patterning in sketches. I cover that in a forthcoming SolidWorks video and I also covered it in my Sketch Mode Unhealthy Practices video. I also discussed that in my Design Intent book.
As of now, SolidWorks seems one step ahead when it comes to ease of use. Let’s see how Creo responds with the next version. Thanks Dave

Hello Dave! Would you ask PTC to add a very simple yet powerful and time saving option? That option is Sketch Pattern. Thanks!

@@CADPLMGuy Thanks for the reply Dave. I didn't know if there was a good reason or just PTC overlooked that option. Anyways thanks!
