To the ones that got confused on how to place the hole (like me) you need to drag the first handle and touch the Front Plane, and then the other one to touch the Axis. Then you will get the angle dimension. Hope it helps.

I have a student version of creo 7, and when I try to open the created model from the file explorer, it starts in Creo Simulate, which says that I don't have licence for using it, thus I am not able to use it through the file explorer and need to open Creo Parametric and open it from there.

If you place the datum centre line before creating the sketch, you will automatically get that result.

When you say to create all the required dimensions you are selecting without explaining what you are doing. My system is not doing reacting the same. I have backup the video several times to see what I am missing and I can't see it. I can't the dimension to select from the centerline to the missing segment. Also, the window that you have popping up with the line selections doesn't show up on my system. I don't know what issues you are changing when you go into the constraints window. You are not explaining any of those steps.
