Your opinion might matter but the early life dox is hard to come by, before spoiling the new stuff.

Adding on to it, Jojo's also has a wonderful development from the start, about how Dio's actions make not only deep roots along the world, but also to Jonathan. Jonathan was this well meaning but mildly spoiled and gullible kid, but due to Dio making things hard and miserable on him, he grew and improved, facing adversity head on, and being later refined into the picture perfect description of a Gentleman and a Hero.
Like how Hamon only had its impact in part 1 e 2, as it was the cornerstone, but its influence ripples out into the larger narrative. Hamon was this creative, unique and formless power, whilst Stands have rules and pre ordained things on them. Instead of having random skills being thrown about by both parties, Araki puts Stands in a box which (most) users think out of. Hamon walked as a free form power, so Stands could run as limited one.
Fate itself is particularly interestibg in Jojo's. As there is evil, there is good to root it out, and if good cannot beat despicable, ingrained evil, its seeds will eventually bloom into a powerful force to thwart it. The Joestar Bloodline and Dio's influence exemplify both perfectly, where even those not in the Joestar Bloodline are bolstered and called to action to aid those in fighting the good fight.
All parts have value, just because Jojo's has them neatly arranged, don't mean you should jump ship. As an addendum, reading the manga id a great experience. To observe Araki go frok simpler shades and looks to more intricate, fashionable designs, is a treat.
    Cheers.

I remember the first time i heard of jojo
I was 14 up late and saw a TOONAMI block for it and was like "is this Castlevania? A Castlevania anime?"
Saw the first episode and was hooked
I will never forget that moment
And then i went through all the parts
Idk how people can just watch things out of order like that it always baffle me
    . . . .
Im not going to question the ending of the vid
    Imma rewatch jojo

There are some major hurdles you'd have to cross as a newcomer (part 1's pacing, parts 1&2 possibly going against your expectations, the switch to stands, the monster of a week formula in part 3, etc) but hopping over them makes the journey all the better. Even then, if someone makes it to Part 4 they'll likely watch/read the rest.

I'd get part skipping if most elements from parts 1 and 2 didn't get carried over.
Like if DIO and Joseph were completely different characters, or if Jotaro had no connection to the Joestar bloodline.
    But as it is now?
    It just confuses me.
It's not like with series like "Tales of" or "Final Fantasy" where each entry is it's own unique thing, or series like Devil May Cry where the first 2 entries are pretty far removed from the rest of the series (plus the fact that they just don't measure up to their younger siblings in terms of quality).
Like, DMC 5 has a "History of DMC" section that recaps everything that happened before, and the section for DMC 2 is just the developers saying: "It exists".

I guess this is nice for covering Jojo. Still waiting on the Archie Sonic retrospective. There are tons of existing videos covering Jojo, barely someone is discussing Archie Sonic’s story, which is the best Story Continuity Sonic has.

When I was eight or nine and wasn’t mature enough to watch it and I thought the begging was boring I didn’t skip but just stopped watching and saved it for later. When I came back a few years later I was ready to watch and watched and enjoyed every season.

As someone who wants to make stories that start of as a comedy but it grows with characters and knowing their stuggles and seeing them get out of them I worry at times people might get isolated but this is video is making me see that if they complain I'll tell them watch from the start
Sorry if I word it weirdly

I disagree, everyone can enjoy jojo at their own pace.
If you want to check that new stone ocean thing everyone on twitter is talking about without watching jojo that is fine.
Started in part 7 myself and I can't say I regret making that decision.
Probably wouldn't have liked the series if I had to dig up old ass comics to start at part 1.
It's an adventure man not everyone has to explore it the same way.
Personally thought there was some beauty in figuring out why DIO was so scary to everyone.
Kind of like how NEN is scary in hunter X hunter before the reveal of it existing.

Also about it being disrespectful to not start from the start.
      I disagree with this.
If someone got into a story half way trough because of social circumstances like your friend lending you a couple of pages
or someone reading a tweet about a culturally significant part.
Isn't that preferable for an artist over someone never picking your story up because the stories start isn't what is talked about by anyone.
I'm not a writer myself so I can't post any of my personal experiences, but I personally would be as "disappointed" in someone who starts half way trough and never bothers to read back into how things started, as someone who started reading a story, but never looked at how things turned out later on.
People also live a life outside of a tale someone tells, and well the parodies or synopses people tell about a story can sometimes be as interesting or more interesting than the real if you reference them back to the original, or even if you take them on their own.
It can tell things about the friends who tell you these parodies and the way they think of the stories, and also about what others thought was important about a story and what communicated to them.
My english is not the best I have to admit, but I hope you get my angle.

Super cool video but I'll have to stop watching to avoid spoilers lol, I already got spoiled about certain character's offspring and I do not wish to spoil myself more lol (I'm currently watching Diamond is Unbreakable)

I drop JoJo on halfway pass part 2. I couldn't handle part 1 slow and boring in some places pacing, and part 2 loss me after the brain part because of the same and the fact that Hamon is so underwhelming after two parts. The fact that it well never be brought up again in the future left a bitter taste in my mouth, if I had started with one of the other parts I might have liked it more and stand with it In the bad parts but now I don't see myself going back to it soon.

Bruh, just let people experence media how they want to??? It's so annoying when people act like it's a huge deal to start at a later part. If someone likes the anime, they're going to go back and watch parts 1 and 2. I get your points but Jojo isn't like some kind of scripture, it's not disrespectful to start where you want to. I started at part 3, watched till part 5, then became obsessed and went back and watched parts 1 and 2. I really appreceated the context parts 1 and 2 gave me to the rest of the series, but, like, nothing was ruined?? My sister had to convince me to watch jojo, I have a super low attention span due to my adhd. Jojo is what got me into anime, if I started at part 1 I probably would've got bored and dropped it, never getting into jojo or anime in general. Jojo isn't a series where you NEED to start at the beginning.

Yo I was so pissed when my sister skipped the begging of jjba to season 3. She barely watched season 1 episode one because is was “boring”
