an all time fav. this song makes me want to dance. which I did. the other day. this song IS the most danceable songs ever. it was soooo much fun! jumping, dancing. head banging- the whole deal. you GOT to try it out.
This video was shot at Studio West in San Diego - one hell of a kick ass recording school, and recording studio. I'm recording my album there, LOVE the place and the people.

My eyes bugged out when I saw the title of this video. I have been a huge Snot fan for years...I was fortunate enough to see them play live twice before the tragic death of Lynn Strait. So glad you did this cover. Amazing job. Keep up the good work.

Andy So Man I just found this and I was shocked and surprised. Snot was incredible. I saw them twice as well before Lynn passed.
yeah they were awesome. I saw Lynn shit all over a bouncer at Ozfest 98 in Philly for roughing up a fan. He ordered the bouncer to let the kid go and threatened to come off stage and beat his ass

Thanks for letting all your fans finally discover this band, i got their first album for almost 20 years now and as a drummer this album scares me, impresses me, humbles me and just make me wanna listen to it. this drummmer made a masterpiece on this album and till now i hear new things every time i listen to it.

I can't believe I missed this cover. Snot was and always will be the new school jams that didn't happen. So badass that you actually know who Snot is. Lynn did a really banging song with Manhole/Tarrie B back in the day that will rip your face off. It's called "Down"
SO HAPPY you covered Lynn, Mikey and the Boys of Snot. Lynn is one of my Favorite Front men of ALL Time. I Tell anybody who will listen about SNOT. Had it not been for Lynn's Untimely and Tragic Passing, I think they would have Rivaled Korn's Popularity. Solid Cover as Always Meytalll, You ROCK!

This album actually came out the same year as System's first album. Definitely recommend checking it out.
As a matter of fact, I believe Corey and Serj both have songs on the tribute album for Snot's singer.
Reminded me a bit of old Mudvayne as well.

I like how half of the comments in any cover video is requests for songs people think the person should do...like your request will get chosen ,chances are its not gonna be.
...and then half of those requests are for obscure songs from obscure bands that 90% of us have never even heard of.

This choked me up...... I personally handled the marketing for James Lynn Strait, the album he was absent from since his untimely death on hwy 1. He was headed to the studio to lay down his tracks and was killed in a car accident. Jonathan, Fred, Sirg and so many more lead vocalists stepped up and finished the album. I still have all the marketing material from that including the vocalists who help finish, nothing shy of the best in the world. God Bless you for covering such a great band....

I gotta say this Meytal," the days of judging whether you did a good job or not on a particular song is over". It's crazy how far you have come, you are truly a great drummer now.... And I would bet it all on you I know that you can play anything any band would need from a drummer and more and if it was some other type of music other than rock I know that with just a little practice you would ACE that also. Your unbelievable love for drumming your determination ,dedication, stubborn never stop way till its perfect.. Has brought you to the forefront ,now all you need is your big break. YOU WILL GET IT.. Sometimes that 'big break' likes to take it's fucking time...

Meytal, OMG, great job. Your skill-set is so smooth and effortless.You give the illusion that it's easy, but I know it's not. From an older generation, you would describe me as "old", lol, but I've been "around the block" of a local music scene, trying to push a band's originals when club owners were concerned about only one thing, filling up their establishment with patrons who want to listen to "covers" all night. I once aspired to be where you are entering, if that makes sense to you, and I'm sure it does. Not many of us "get it". Let the animosity make you stronger. You're a smart girl, I can tell. You've used what is available to you to self-promote. In my time of the early and mid 90's, the internet self-promotion idea was just beginning with book-your-own-tour concepts. I envy what you have at your disposal ;). Keep up the excellent work and I do REALLY mean that. My "style" of music has come and passed (Danse Macabre and Satellite Nation were two of my bands back in the day, but "IT" never happened for us), but I have a feeling that good things are just around the corner for you and your crew. Good luck, but as they say in poker, "luck has nothing to do with it". Drive, ambition, and intellect are all equally important to that of "skill" and "talent". I see you "have it", now use it. Roll them all up into one big ball and roll with it. You're awesome, but don't EVER let it go to your head ;).
