  • Hola family! I'm back with another sugar-free dessert.This is such an easy recipe. I encourage you to try it, you won't be disappointed
    Ingredients
    7-8 granny Smith apples
    1c. Stevia brown sugar
    1c. Monkfruit granulated sugar
    1TSP Cinnamon
    1TSP Nutmeg
    1TSP Allspice *optional *
    Instructions
    Cut and peel seven to eight Granny Smith Apples
    cut into quarter size pieces and sat apples inside lemon juice water (this keeps apples from turning brown)
    drain apples from lemon water and add
    your brown sugar, granulated sugar, and your spices. Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Allspice (optional) mix well
    set apple mixture aside
    Pre-heat oven to 400°
    put your already made crust into a 9" pie pan. cook for 10 minutes until slightly brown and firm
    Take apples and put into precooked crust
    now take your second layer of pie crust and carefully lay on top of your pie
    brush top of pie crust with egg wash. This will brown the pie crust evenly.
    note: wrap pie edges with foil to keep from burning
    cook pie on 400° for 25 minutes to 35 minutes until golden brown.
    enjoy your pie with some vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
