From Student to Start-up | How Santa Clara helped Filip Orth become an entrepreneur

Filip Orth always knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur but wasn’t sure how to start. Fortunately, Santa Clara had a plan to get him the skills and insights he needed. From competing in the Venture Capitalist Competition as a first-year to learning the basics of forming a start-up with the Ciocca Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship as a senior, Orth says Santa Clara has walked with him each step. Now, Orth and his classmates are putting their startup Herculia, an augmented reality exercise platform, through start-up boot camp with the Bronco Venture Accelerator’s Prep School.
