    Ahh, Na Trang, had lobster tail and sweet corn on the beach. Served by a lady on a motorbike riding up and down the beach. She kept the food warm in these charcoal cooking things hanging off the handle bars. Absolutely awesome!!!! Thanks for bringing back the memory.

    hey guys so happy you came back to Vietnam.
    and yes i know you guys love the foreginer area in Da Nang and its super easy to get around but you are both sweethearts and so are people of Da Nang. you both could explore the other beach in Da Nang with more locals. they are super nice. i was walking around and meet a Viet man who lived in America for a bit and we spoke some English and Vietnamese.
    so many interesting stories about who left Viet during that period and couldnt come back. or people who didnt leave and decided to stay.
    Da Nang has the nicest most amazing people and thats why i want to stay here in Da Nang forever.
    Does look fun to explore Malaysia as well so i do appreciate seeing your videos there. Also Phillipines looks fun

    Love Nha Trang! I have spent a few months there. The Nha Trang Hash House Harriers do some beautiful countryside walks on Sundays, if you change your mind about not exercising on Sunday. (Take a Monday off!)
    (There is a nice public toilet underground right behind Blue Sea). Yea, I watched to the end. :)
    I usually splurge when I am there. I usually hang out in TIme House Bistro (great lunch), Vandana (Indiana food, and full service bar with live bands - great view!), Mermaid, Cheers, Cafe Culture (great breakfast and lunch) or The Alley after lounging at Blue Sea all day. Mitami or Kiwami, both good sushi. Banh Mi Phan is the best Bahn Mi I found in Nha Trang, and by far the cheapest of the places I posted. Having one (very expensive) drink on the roof of Panorama is great for views too...
    Good to you walking down streets I know. I had a very average coffee on the 3rd floor of that 3 story coffeeshop on the corner. There is another coffee shop (2 locations in Nha Trang) called CCCP that has a nice frozen coconut coffee, that I also add a shot of espresso to. It is awesome on a cold day!
    Stayed right in downtown for $10 per night at a clean, nice hotel with good wifi, a (small) pool, and clean rooms. GREAT city...
    I hope you post a few more from there while you are visiting.
    btw - I filled out both retirement surveys, and know a couple who is interested (retiring this year). When do you expect to get that up and running?

    Guys as you were walking from breakfast with the beach in view as you “SAFELY” crossed the street it , the neatly trimmed trees and manicured palms it reminded me a Florida/California beach city..Do you feel home safe ..? With the different governments do you ever feel the government rule per se ..? Tough question I guess for a visitor ..can our U.S. naiveness make us unsafe it a country that looks beautifully safe.. Am I making sense .?

    • @formica.
      @formica. 5 месяцев назад

      Home safe?! It is very safe. Violent crime extremely rare, basically just domestic. Opposite to what you think:. a Vietnamese going to the US _is_ naive about the law and order breakdown there. An American going to Vietnam will be surprised they don't need to be scanning the crowd around them for thugs. Just some petty theft, don't leave your phone on the table etc. Outside of hammer and sickle flags, foreigners won't sense any government oppression, very few police around.
