several years ago I read that NAC could positively affect mood. i began using 3 capsules per day. My stamina for working went way up , and my libido followed. this was the most positive response that I have ever had from a supplement. I dont know if this happens to women also.

Fasting also lowers libido. From my personal experience. When I fast for 2-3 months 19hrs a day it goes down. When I eat back 2-3 meals a day agan it comes back

Yea, no kidding. I have the Testosterone pellets and they aren't really doing much. When I was younger and was on birth control (or pregnant) it would increase my libido. Until recently I discovered that this food is a super food and in fact much better than any pills to get a super hard on. But in my mid forties when the ED started showing. I looked at all the natural diet food options. And it's only when you have problems when start to notice which food is better and which food is not better for me. Most of the recommendations on the Internet are relatively more or less the same. But I bumped into rice by chance/accident. I suddenly realised that every time I ate rice, I was on super power mode. And Pakistan who has one if the high fertility rates have got it right from beginning. Rice with Spinach 😉
Guys for High libido consume regulary fats protein and carbs ( slow index ). Its not necesary to take this tipe of foods, its ok to eat what You want to have d3 zinc magnesioum cooper And all b complex.
I did the keto diet for about 1 yr I lost a lot of weight but the more strict and the more fasting I did I became under weight lost muscle and my T was in the dirt , I found it really hard the keep on weight adding lots more fast just gave me greasy poo , so I add sweet potatoes and weight training really help me

I noticed when I turn on my cold water it smells of chlorine. I let my hot water spout run. The hot water boiler boils out the chlorine. I put a gallon of hot water to cool down then filter it and drink it.
