Hey matt i want to do a split stance weighted calf raise on a medium stim day but first i dont know in which hand i should hold the weight and how to set myself up like the distance betweek my feet and how much should i bend my knees so can u give me explanation for a split stance weighted calf raise?
So this exercises is all I need to improve my acceleration?
It’s so hard to follow these videos when you don’t clearly put a like set/rep or like give a more detailed description of the exercises rather than a 2 second clip
