when I was 11 I had a Crystal Palace trial, there were 3 or 4 scouts there. The pitch was split into halves down the middle and there was 2 games going on.
I done what you said at 3:00. I was playing LW, the ball got played into my feet, I let it run through my legs and through the defenders legs also. I ran around them and placed the ball into the bottom corner of the goal.
I looked over to the scouts and all 4 of them were watching the other game. At that moment I knew I wasn’t going to make it in professional football 😂

mental practice is also necessary, despite of how much you train your feet, if your not mentally prepared, you will keep messing up. You can watch many videos availabe on youtube for mentality.

What I’m good is I make quick good passes and I don’t loose the ball ever. However, when the trial came that was interrupted instead as I was “not comfortable” with the ball. The person they brought on was a complete ball hog and was extremely selfish the entire time. He only passed the ball when he needed to get out of trouble.
