OMG this recipe is really amazing... I cannot fault it in any way. Nisa is truly a genius cook. I tried it and it is yum... Who would've thought you could make this with OMG whaaaat?? bajra flour?!!! I substituted coconut sugar with jaggery, also added a couple of table spoons of dedicated coconut just coz I like coconut. For those who wanted to know, I replaced arrowroot with cornflour and it worked perfectly well too! Thank you so much Nisa..your recipes are the best!

I tried these cookies yesterday and it turned out so yummy! It does look soft while removing from the oven like its gonna crumble but once completely cooled it gets crispy. Thank you for the lovely recipe 😘❤ only thing is I'd reduce the quantity of the coconut sugar as it was a tad sweet for me..

Thanks for this amazing recipe, as you mentioned , have always come across ginger cookies only with eggs, can’t wait to try it, but just wondering if there is any alternative for the potato starch/arrowroot since I don’t have both, will rice flour work? Kindly suggest some alternative , it would be much appreciated, thanks

    Hi Ms. Nisa,
I’m having a problem with this recipe. I’ve made it twice so far and the dough is super dry.
To fix I tried adding more oil but I didn’t like that. Then I tried adding a little water but that made the cookies too tough, I think.
    Any suggestions?
    Add milk?
    Or an egg?
    Thanks 🙏🏽

Yes, the cookies are delicious. But, when I wrap a cookie in a tissue paper lots of oil is sucked by the tissue. Des it not mean that the oil content is a bit too high making it a bit unhealthy? Please consider if we can reduce it.

In some of ur recipe u do so, but not in all.
Bye the way ur recipes are amazing I am one of ur subscriber and a fan of ur big kajal eyes.
