How do you know if you breath through the mouth during sleep? Also is this interchangeable with other machines? Thanks so much for your videos. I've been binge watching them to figure out what machine and mask to buy.

I really like this mask. Had for several months and it works well. However, the cloth headgear is really cheap and easily slips off my head. After 3 months, the headgear had to be replaced. Medicare only replaces the headgear every 6 months. I finally got some Velcro and rigged up a strap to go under my chin and attach to the headgear in back of my ears. It works much better. It stay on all night. However, the new headgear is already showing signs of wear. The company should make a better quality headgear.
