-not every day or phase of life/work is gonna be amazing -invest in self care -released stress in good ways -have time for fun and play -check in weekly to see what youve done to take care of self -meditate, sitting in silence, reading books, talking with friends, taking nap, eating good food -ask if youve done everything to improve that situation -bring yourself to talk to boss about it -remember your "why - why you got into that job in the first place - remind self of "Why" throughout the day -everything is temporary very valuable video here
I’ve been in that low phase financially since 2021 😩 it’s so discouraging, I’ve been job hopping and every job is just as bad or worse than the last. I like the way you explained it as a phase. I definitely need to incorporate more self care. ❤
I was let go from the job and it's the best thing that ever happened! I am doing better now little by lilttle. Was a very toxic environment. I also had serious things going on at home and I could not think to be able to cope. Very difficult andlong story but i was let go and it has been the best experience for my health Now i make time for my self care in any form i can make it happen.

You mentioned in another video you're a licensed mental health counselor, do you have any tips on how to keep looking on the bright side when life is getting you down? I'd love to see a more in-depth video about self-care and self-love if you're interested in doing something like that. This was a great video, I love the relaxed chit-chatty vibe your recent videos have!
