I like that you took the ideas in "The lean startup" and "running lean" and applied it to gamedev. A game studio starts out as a startup after all. Your 2 pager is quite concise and more abstract then a pitch document or a GDD. It might still be worth creating those docs as you might want to pitch to a publisher or potential team mates and guide the team mater that are on board already. The 2 pager might even be a nice starting point for competitors in gamejams and a interesting comparison to what actually got build.
Thank you! Also, good point on having a full GDD for if I ever wanted to pitch to publishers. My game has changed A LOT since I started, but I think that's good because I'm iterating a bunch. But eventually, I'll have to revisit the GDD and stick to the plan more as my game solidifies.
