I am wanting to get this guy. It will be my first ever Skeletor that I've ever owned. When I do get him, I do plan on giving him a more Filmation-styled head. Since I've never owned another Skeletor, I don't have an existing head to use, so I'm doing my own, using Marvel Legends pieces, being a Ghost Rider head (the red one that came with Magik, repainted) with a classic-style Dr. Doom hood piece. With a little work, it really gives off that Filmation Skeletor vibe.
I agree, his head sculpt is better proportioned than the promos showed. The armor and cape really are weak tbh, and the body is a little oddly proportioned. He looks cool though, I NEED it! Good review!
I was not very impressed with any of the other MOTU Revelation figures, but Skeletor really seemed to be the most interesting one of them. I must say that I really like it and enjoy actually having it in my hands. It really makes you want to pose it and play with it, which is the whole point of an action figure. Maybe now I might get more figures from this line after having Skeletor in my hands.
I think his hood needs a lil more girth. That’s why he has that small head look. Also, I think he’d look better if his skull was more yellow like SKELETOR should be IMO.
If Mattel is listening to fan feedback, they’ll get to producing larger head sculpts for HE-MAN and SKELETOR. Not a good look making mistakes on figures right out the gate. But if they listen to the feedback, they can rectify the situation before it spirals out of control.
I just got this guy yesterday and mine had a bum leg so I returned him today, just a few hours ago actually, and all the figures were gone. I'm very disappointed.
Thoughts on #Masterverse “Lack-Of-Lats He-Man and Skeletor”? It seams at least a small taper to the waist could’ve looked more dynamic. Another kicking video care of @ToyBro 👍🍻🍻👊⚔️✝️👍 (Original Irish Emoji Translation).

I've never been into He-Man, but I really like these figures! Definitely needs a wired larger cape. Excited for these to hit stores.

Trying to track down a better cape, something with a wire will elevate this dude really easily.

They look great I think it's the waist makes them leaner because the classics and origins have such an extreme shoulder to waist ratio 🤷

I'm ok with the cape. It does what it needs to do. I would like a bigger head. This line has some tiny pin head's.
First motu line where the male torso doesn't have the "v" shape. The chests n hips are almost perpendicular.
Is the skirt(for lack of a better term) piece all black or are there spots of purple on it? I’m trying to figure out if my copy is has error.
At Walmart I noticed 3 of the 4 Skeletor figures there had the purple spots but one didn’t and was all black so I bought that one

The torso is to square the other Skeletor from the other toy line had more of a bodybuilders body which is good but that new one got a Square torso
