I have VSS and in a vew weeks I’ll be seeing a specialist that will test if I have Irlen Syndrome. If I do I’ll get special tinted glasses, right now I wear soft purple glasses that calm down my vision a little bit. I can read a bit better and the static bothers me less.
how are you now?
@@Genesis817 I wear the glasses to reduce sensory overload and it helps a little bit. Now I can deal with my symptoms a bit better but it’s exhausting
@@sonnenblume3606 do you ever get shakiness in your vision. Like with contrast lines or text?
@@Genesis817 yes it makes it very hard to read sometimes
@@sonnenblume3606 I'm sorry to hear that. I'm getting that symptoms these days and I'm not sure how to cope with it tbh. It happens mainly in my peripheral vision. How do you cope? How persistent is it for you? And how long have you had it? Sry for all the the questions just curious and on edge about all this.
Does the visual snow get worse over time?
Unfortunately it can but it doesn't lead to complete blindness, just take it day by day
