I forgot to mention one of the best features of the RCF. It has an active crossover. This will allow you yo have the sub take care of all the low end below 80 or 100 hz and send have the IP300s handle the mods and highs (which they are great at !)
I have some of the older Dawn Audio T100 Column speakers. They sound great and hit way above their price point and size like the IP300. I just paired them up with the RCF702 AS II and wow That system sound amazing. I'm planing on adding a second RCF and I have a total of 4 or the Dawn Audio speakers. These subs are the truth for size and performance. The whole system and DJ console fits in a hatchback and it's insane the volume out of this system! Thanks for the video!

Never understood the consept of Colum Array Speakers to me they are a One Trick Pony if you dont use the bottoms you cant use the tops for a Party by themselves? We use 2 Yorkville Parasource PS12 with the Matching 15" Sub and if the party is 50 to 75 people we can just use the Tops by themselves or just bring one sub they are more flexible in my oppinion we just got the RCF 932-A and looking for a matching sub LOL thats how i found my way to you LOL thinking of Two SUB 905-AS II but after hearing these maybe just 2 of these for have 1/2 the price
@@2011MartiMarvTheDJ Funny, I thought the RCF sounded a tad bit punchier even though it was a 15 compared to this 18. The only reason I sold it, it didn’t necessarily fit my current esthetic vision for my setups (all white) and the EV 18s sounded great as well
Hey bud, great stuff. I have the same combo but with the 905ASII and boy oh boy this thing can kick some serious power. I’ve done the same thing with castors on the RCFS. One question tho! Where do you set your db on the IP300s? Do you set it higher then 0 DB? Where do you find you get the best out of it? This set up can do what a lot of Collumb arrays lack in punch. Thank you

Great video! How does the 705 compare to the 12" 702? I need the lighter weight. Understand they have the same amp. How does the iP300 compare with the much more expensive QSC K8.2?
Thanks. I don’t have the 12” 702 but do have the 12” evolve…the RCF is insane…I have to turn it down otherwise it will damage my ear…and it’s lightweight My DJ partner rocks the K8.2. The sound is much better imho from the K8.2 compare to the ip300 *I just ordered 1 RCF HD 10A to teak the sound…I’ll prob make a video comparing it against the IP300…can’t wait

Remember QSC has a 6 year warranty, that might be worth the extra $$? QSC CP8 is probably more of a competitor for the iP300. Similar $400 price. Wondering how much that 120 degree dispersion of the iP300 compares with the 105 degrees for my K8.2?
I owned the QSC K10.2 for a year. Worst in class in my opinion. I have this subwoofer and run it with the RCF 910a . . . . absolutely superb. The RCF tops are also considerably cheaper than the inferior QSC's

705 sound awesome with 910 or 912 which are very, very good in this price (and can be also used without Sub), I also have 932 which I have paired with db Sub 918 and they sound also great! Sorry for the hate, but EV sucks!
I know for a fact those turbosound ip300 drop off hard after 45ft. I bought a pair when they first came out and never again. I can match up to alto ts308’s that will blow those ip300’s out. Plus it’s a better price than those ip300’s. Just to throw this out there I have the the turbosound ip3000’s which I love. The sub I would match up with the alto’s would be the ev ekx 18sp.

@@lavishlifedjs you need to hear those 308’s it’s the best bang for your buck. I have electro voice, mackies, turbosound, Yorkviles, jbl’s alto’s. Let’s just say I have a lot of equipment. My go to for under 120 people are the alto’s with one ekx 18sp. People come over and always asking are those two speakers making all that noise lol

Nice setup bro. Great idea, but idk how i feel about the turbosound ip300s. I would rather go with the new RCF Art 910
RCF put out some great speakers so can’t go wrong there…at 40lbs, seems a bit heavy for my back

RCF makes some quality sounding stuff…these are legit…looking to maybe get a couple of the ART 910s or 912s

Honestly bro I’m still experimenting with my settings…I find that each location I have to adjust accordingly but typically above the 0db mark

I had the hd10 for awhile. RCF makes some good stuff.
