Thanks for the feedback! Glad you like the reviews. Besides internal battery and lighter weight/size there is no reason to go with either the Bose S1Pro or the Mackie Thump Go. The iP300 is levels higher in sound quality! Both the Bose and the Mackie have weak bass. The iP300 with dual woofers has excellent bass that gives a true full range sound. S1Pro does have some nice smooth mids that is lacking from the Turbosound. They actually sound good together. The highs of the iP300 are even better than the Mackie. Turbosound in my test goes up to 102dB before clipping. Mackie 97db. 5dB difference is equal to a pair of Bose or Mackies. At $440 the iP300 is an incredible buy!
great video. I have never owned a Turdosound speaker. that IP300 sounds really good. I put a short up with the new JBL partybox Encore Essential and a partybox 100 under the Bose S1pro. I thought about you when I did it. the partybox Encore Essential has a EQ in the partybox app.
JBL recently added a three band EQ through a firmware update. It makes a great difference! Amazed this speaker is still $400 after all other speakers have jumped in price.
Partybox has hifi drivers, isn't made to sound really loud but has decent bass without a subwoofer. Turbosound has PA drivers, naturally it will sound much louder but will need an extra subwoofer as it does not produce low frequencies.
Did I say it was loud? Max dB test today: iP300 101.6dB before clipping. This was a real world test indoors in a very large open area with high cathedral ceilings at 3 meters. In comparison the EV 30m at $1,400 was slightly louder at 102.2 dB. Incredible performance at this price! At this max volume on a watt meter the iP300 only pulled 57.4 watts! These tests were on Bluetooth only using a mixer with boosted preamps would probably give even better numbers.
Appreciate the video. As always the numbers these manufacturers claim are greatly exaggerated. For instance the EV 50 claims 126db. Not a chance. Still a great speaker also

It features controls for its mixer via bluetooth on iOS and Android and comes with an inbuilt reverb. The advantage of prioritizing dispersion over volume is better performance at all volumes. Most 2 way speakers with just a tweeter and woofer tend to sound more muffled at lower volumes. The iNSPIRE iP300 was designed to sound great at any volume. Dimensions: 28.1" x 8.2" x 8.5" Weight: 26.2 lbs. Pros Users were initially put off by the lack of an actual large speaker but as they tried out the iP300, however they found the low end to be more than adequate. Because of the design taking inspiration from line array systems, the dispersion of the midrange and highs were noted to be "room filling" and the lows to have a satisfying punch. The tonal consistency across the volume range was also praised. The smaller form factor was also noted to be both easy to position and aesthetically pleasing. Cons The midrange can be harsh for some. Positioning it properly away from solid walls can help address any harshness. Mixer controls were noted to be hard to reach at the bottom of the speaker. The built-in reverb left much to be desired for those who got it for this feature. Overall If you're looking for a line array style speaker and favor dispersion and sound consistency over raw power, the iP300 is a great choice for venues and events.
Without a mixer the JBL PB110 will self mute at only 87dB. Most people using this speaker would NOT use a mixer. iP300 max122dB that is a HUGE difference! Keep in mind at 100dB+ the Turbosound stays crystal clear with no distortion. If you really want to Party, which would you choose?
