It also helps with the emotional release, we store many of our unexpressed emotions on our facial muscles.
And when you massage regularly, you release these emotions and that helps to release the stress and tension from the tissues and helps in smoothening the skin reducing fine lines and wrinkles and adding that healthy glow that we all love.

Monday, May 6 and Tuesday, May 7, 2024. I did this massage, night and afternoon!
Wednesday the 8th and Thursday the 9th I did this massage.
Friday 10 May 24, Saturday 11 May 24 done.
Sunday May 12, 24, I did this after my exercises and after taking a shower, now I'll go make my food, thank you thank you thank you god!!! I know this is not a diary but I wanted to say I already made my meal, I ate more than half)
Monday 13 May 24. Today I did 2 videos, massage and tapping, last night I did 3 (2tapping, 1 massage, in total 5 videos) thank you God
Tuesday 14 May 24. I have two videos, I will do one of the head, last night I made another 2 videos (tapping and massage)
Wednesday 15 May 24 my second video of the day, I will do a head massage too
Thursday 16 May 24. I have made 3 different videos so far this day
