Sourdough discard crackers

Sourdough Discard Crackers
3tbs melted butter
1tbs olive oil
1tsp flaky salt
1tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp Kfred or cajun seasoning
1/4c grated Parmesan or Romano
1c Sourdough discard
I topped mine with roasted sesame seeds and Zatar seasoning.
Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Removed from Evan cut into crackers put it back into the oven at 325 until Golden Brown. Make sure you pay attention.
