Hello everyone! I hope you enjoyed this little experiment I did. Honestly this theme was really tough to make but nonetheless I hope it is still somewhat relatable to Venti!
I tried to include several motifs from his character theme but most of them felt too cheerful or playful and personally I feel like it might not suit the atmosphere. So after listening to his demo theme for several times, I know which motif I should take and it is present at 1:12! I thought that this motif can be very dramatic and since we can also hear this motif in other Mondstadt characters’ demo theme, I think it’s quite fitting as we are after all, battling the Mondstadt archon. I also included a flute arpeggio in the background for some spice and I think it fits as well since Venti is the anemo archon so flute and other woodwind instruments might be the most relatable instrument for anemo.
The next part was actually.. how do I say this ahaha. It was quite experimental and at this point I kind of wanted to go out from the previous sections’ atmosphere and went just a liiiiiiittle bit classical especially when the solo violin came in. A change of tempo and eventually changing the key in the next section with an increase in tempo again… it was quite experimental ahahah. Then the next sections were there as a guidance or a medium to help the song to go back to its original key. Again, very experimental and at this point I really hope I don’t drift away too much from the main idea of this theme and that is “Venti boss theme” ahahah. But I personally really enjoyed those experimental/classical sections as it was challenging and going out from my comfort zone which is always nice.
Then after we went back to the original key, we return to the “Mondstadt” motif with a slightly different atmosphere. It was more tender in a way and heroic. To be honest, this whole theme was quite heroic ahaha.
There are a lot of things that I wanted to say but it’s difficult to put it into words and I tried my best in the previous paragraphs, I hope you can somewhat understand or relate! Once again, I hope you enjoy this theme and I apologise if it didn’t meet your expectations, I hope you can still somewhat enjoy the theme! Thank you everyone and have a good day, take care!

@@lucy2940 hi there! thank you for your kind words. none of this are actual recordings, well technically it is a recording but these are all from virtual libraries and i recorded it on MIDI. So basically it's a recording of a real orchestra ensemble but it's virtual! hope that helps!

This theme truly emphasizes just how dangerous his true power and strength could be since I'm 100% certain Venti is lying to us about being the weakest archon.Their strenght depends on how much people believe in them,you wanna tell me that Venti who has an entire church dedicated to him is the weakest? Bro's the most suspicious character in the entire game.
Not even just the Church the Whole City Reveres Him 😭 He's quite Literally the Most Worshipped Archon At Current just going off of what we See In Game
Also his line in manga knowing about another world creation and end is terrifying if his ability isn't bound to only tevyat
The weakest should be Nahida since like about 87% of her people wants to lock her in a cage
Plus ALL of the gliders in Teyvat work specifically because of him, we see multiple people in other regions like Liyue and Sumeru worship him too, no other Archon gets this much reverence.
I think the most suspicious character is Paimon, no one knows exactly what she is or where she comes from...
But Venti is a pretty close second lol

I don't know why, but I can feel how Barbatos actually seriously, using all his God power, fighting against Columbina, to defend his Mondstadt (especially in middle part), because Columbina theme was identical. So I can hear a war in Mondstadt. Amazing work!

A reminder that we still don't know much about Venti compared to the other archons (excluding Focalors/Furina we literally just met her lmao), even though he was the first archon we ever encountered in the story.
Love the motif choices, and the usage of instruments in this specific track not gonna lie.

This is amazing--Venti's so fun and cheerful we never really think about all the times he's demonstrated that alcoholic or not, he's still an Archon and a god that tossed mountains bigger than Dragonspine into the ocean before he even got his gnosis, but your boss theme really does emphasize how dangerous Venti could be while preserving his personality.

I was listening to FF16's Ascension ost and it had a banger solo violin section and was heavily inspired by it while it can also depict Venti's playful and/or unserious side ahahah
Absolutely love it!! We almost never see Venti's serious side, so this was a nice change/reminder that he's powerful too. I really hope we can see more of his "Archon" side in the future! I love how it represents not only him, but his whole nation as well and how he's willing to fight for it, without ruling it. You always nail it!

A fantastic piece! I have been hypothesising for some time now that since the only upside-down statue that we have seen is that of Venti, the devs are hinting to us that he will eventually be affected by the same force of corruption from the Abyss that took over Dvalin's mind and we will have to fight him. Imagine his vortex, the wind that chased away the ice and cold from Mondstad directed at us!
That is an interesting and a frightening hypothesis! Venti might be arguably the weakest archon we’ve met so far but an archon is still an archon, his true power is still frightening. Thank you for giving the theme a listen and I am glad you enjoyed it!
You catch the vibe and emotion right in the spot. The flute in the start gave me nostalgia on the Mondstadt act and 2:01 gave me the goosebumps. The transition at 2:48 is so nice, the song is like everything is going down with chaos and hopelessness overwhelming in such manner the scheme seems apparent but hope returns at 4:10. Not that I understand much of music composition but felt these. Insane work, Keep it up!

I do think we'll get a cutscene with badass music like this closer to the end of the game. Nahida told us an archons power comes from being worshipped. The anemo archon has a worshipper in every nation so far. On top of that, Venti is most likely the son of Istaroth, a shining shade of the primordial one. The primordial one won against the dragon sovereigns, i have no doubt venti has some of that power. After all, he and dvalin defeated durin despite durin being huge.

Anyone remembers pretty recent leak that there's data on Venti act 2 in Fontaine patches, maybe we'll get our Venti boss fight in it after confronting him asking info on Khaenri'ah

Otherwise its a great theme, it represents Venti and please do a Nahida boss theme next.
For the Labyrinth Warriors revamp into a permanent simulated universe type game mode idea that I mention in the last video, I was thinking each end of a world should have an archon boss challenge similar to what Star Rail does. This and Zhongli's boss music would be amazing concepts for it. Imma make a video about this at some point
