Before attaching the wheel and axle, cut 'Hose, Soft 3mm D. 5L / 4.0cm' about 3mm and put it in to fix it perfectly. I cannot recommend this method as this is a method of damaging the Lego. But, in my case. I did this I think that this method is acceptable for work for personal use.
