Thank you can you believe that there are so called day care consultants on you tube salesman saying not enough half of what you just shared and charging monthly fee YOUR AMAZING AND WILL CONTINUE TO BLESSED. That other lady I had to request a refund she still have gave me my money back so I’m going chuck that up as a loss and cancel my bank card immediately so many so called childcare consultants who don’t know half of what you know scamming the community with money grab lies smh KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Congratulations! Thanks for a thorough journey to your opening! I notice in your fire inspection, you didn’t mention getting an architect for floor plans. Did you not have to submit architectural floor plans to the fire marshal before having a fire inspection? Curious because I am going to g through the same journey and as a shock to me, I have to have a state certified architect to review or draw plans of a building and submit it before they would come out! And that’s NOT cheap! Curious minds wants to know!

Hello I’m new here in the process of zoning in my home I do have to apply for a valence I have to hire an zoning attorney.so far I can get at least 6 Children . If I choose to care for more children up to 12 then their are additional steps I need to take any advice for this phase? But I’m thinking before I hire the attorney for sure I should do a pre site vist

Hi, I’m not exactly sure but I would check with your local educational system for their requirements.
Do U hav to hav teaching credits or certificate to open daycare facility? How many kids can u hav? Is your llc under individual or S-corp? With a home daycare do u need llc?
To be an owner or agent of a facility, you do not need any certifications however, the staff you hire must be qualified based on the regulations in your state.

@@janpham487 you’ll need to speak with a CPA to determine the best business structure but you will need an LLC, s corp, c corp or something of the sort

How many months of rent did you have to pay before money came in?
I paid rent for about 2 months before I received my license and was able to start enrolling children.
Did you have to get certified to run the kids license?
You need various trainings based on the province/ state you are in.

Do you need a bachelor degree in Florida ?
Great question. I do not believe so but to be sure, you can check your State’s education/ resource website.
