That's very benevolent in Australia - 10 hours. For example, in the Czech Republic you have to fly 50 hours solo and in the last 90 days you have to have at least 3 take-offs and landings on a given type of ultralight. Then you can take any person on board.

All power goes from propeller. No aircraft ises plowed wheeks
