- Temi Fagbenle is listed as probable and the Fever is in full effect!
Two WNBA MVP candidates, Caitlin Clark and Napheesha Collier take the floor tonight in a game that just might be another record breaker - both on the court and in viewership at home.
Picks at the end. Thanks for watching!
Big game indeed. Let’s roll Fever.
CC would have had about 15 assists if the Fever could make layups and 3 foot rollers! Super analysis, as always Sir!
@@steveinman1157 easily 15! Hopefully Temi solves that layup issue tonight
❤Live Mic❤ is the best of the best 💯👍👍👍💯
Live Mic always calls it before it happens. His perspectives, insights, and acumen is 💯Rock Solid. Live Mic is the real deal
Clark got to back that trash talk up now. How to see some Lynx tears. Lexi is locked in! Hope we get Temi back!
If they're clicking like last week they'll be hard to beat, I wonder if we'll see Temi I'm really looking forward to her
The Fever are young but fearless in their game attack. It could be possible for the Fever to win but some key things they will need to do:
1. Their team shooting percentage must be exemplary as Lynx will grab every rebound aggressively.
2. Must shut down Lynx guards and Collier in good defense.
3. Lexi Hall may be key in good defense more importantly than offense in this game
4. Pop Fagbenie in and out for paint shots and rebounds
5. Fever offensive must hit the floor running fast on offense though not haphazardly with repeatedly missed shots.
6. Expect Lynx to have multiple shooters so box out CORRECTLY
7. Use pick and roll correctively and devise offense picks for those most hot in shooting
8. Damn do not repeatedly foul as it will dilute players intensity for latter game defense.
9. Sub out poor defenders/shooters
The best of them have fallen and this will be a Hail Mary game which I hope the Fever will play like it is a championship game.
I’d love to see the Fever win. But I’m not counting on it
Minnesota is what a lot of my most trusted commentators are saying and it sounds like they've got what it takes with Collier back. But of course I'll always be thrilled with Indiana pulling the upset! I think they have what it takes to beat any team at this point.
I'm with you, they're at the point where I could pick them every night and feel confident about it. I love it. Especially a team on a back to back playing Indy's pace, if they keep it up.
Temi coming back is only going to make a hot team turn up the burner.
Who?
That pre season footage of her is amazing
@@KT-ed8hj Temi Fagbenle 6'4" center. She's a great "rim runner," meaning that in the transition from defense to offense, she sprints toward our basket, receives the outlet pass from CC. and scores. She plays about 20 minutes/game, but has been injured for the past several weeks. STATS so far this season: 8.5 ppg, 54% FG%, 5.5 Rebounds, 1.1Assists, 0.8 steals and 0.8 blocks/game, 90% FT% Note: her shooting accuracy was hindered by a thumb injury in her most recent games. She is a very exciting and experienced player and we have missed her a great deal!!!
Until the defense and sides cool them down.
@@titanbum7365 I didn't want to be on the anti Sides club but she made me
Only one other guard that might be as valuable as her right now, but Clark is a rook. This is her first year and she's just now gettin comfortable. I hope everyone can stay healthy. Clark took a while to convince Sides to go Iowa uptempo but it looks like it's now the plan. Stick with it. On any given night they can beat anyone. I didn't think I'd be saying that after the first 9 games of the year when they were still stuck on last year's offense. I'd give anything to see them beat the Lynx and Reeve. May be a home crowd for the Fever that close to Iowa.
@@billsmith5166 only Sabrina imo, and that’s just for now.
It was last time (home crowd for Indy), I’m hoping they show up tonight. I should have made the trip myself
@@micdewitt Yes, Sabrina. By home game I meant that there may be more Fever fans at the game than Lynx fans.
@@billsmith5166 I got ya, I was agreeing, saying last time the Indy fans turned up in Minnesota
Fevers are going to win!
Idk
I hope so. When the Fever beat them earlier, Phee (Collier) wasn't playing and she's their star player. She WILL be playing tonight, so I hope Vegas tired them out last night!
Thanks man.
This is going to be a tough game. With Napheesa Collier back. Lynx will be hard to defend.
yeah getting two in a row on their floor will be tough, I cou,ld see both teams taking it honestly
The players for Minnesota Lynx are extremely exhausted after playing the Las Vegas Aces in back to back games. As a result, they are very vulnerable for a Fever upset. The Fever can win this game but they must step on the gas pedal hard and NEVER take their foot off that pedal. Additionally, Sides must NOT do anything to lose the game by imposing with idiotic and untimely substitution packages.
The X-factors of the game will be Lexi and Temi! Sexy Lexi’s perimeter defense and 3 point scoring attack must be flawless. Temi must control the offense and defense boards and most importantly RIM PROTECT!
Good show
Thanks!
Fever averaged over 90 points in last 3 games
Fever already beat the Lynx hope they do it again
Sup bro are you down to come on my podcast to talk about the W?
Ugh, another slow start and the Fever have to play catch up... Again. And if you can't get stops, you'll never catch up. Collier was unstoppable, with 31 points.
true. one point game at half but then started the 2nd half slow too. Phee is on a run right now, the only consolation is that nobody else has been able to stop her either
I think the #8 and #1 spots in the standings are unlikely to change.
The Liberty are going to destroy Chicago in the first round.
@@3DThrills I don’t think the 1 spot changes but Chicago is outta there. 1 game over ATL, chemistry low, and Mabrey left a hole they’ll have to wait until the offseason to fill. 0-4 If the Sparks weren’t packing it in every 4th qtr
So for the Sky, it's a Lose/Lose situation
LOL
@@micdewitt
As long as Sides is the coach, the Fever are going nowhere.
I’d vote for either of these ladies any day of the week but not A’ja. A’ja is too selfish and not a team player.
